Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase workability, by connecting and fixing a foundation frame connected to a vertical frame by an upper frame and lower frame arranged in the upper and lower parts of a cut position of a panel body with a splicing member passing through the upper and lower parts of the cut position. CONSTITUTION:An upper frame member 7 and a lower frame member 9 provided with a protruded axis 11 inserted into a hole 6 of a panel body 2 are arranged at the upper and lower parts of a cut position 5 forming an opening A of the panel body 2. A foundation frame 3 is bolted with a vertical frame member 10 and fitted to the panel body 2. The vertical frame members 10 oppositing against adjacent sides of the frame 3 are united to connect by a splicing member 12 passing through the upper and lower parts of the cut position 5. In this way, durability of the panel can be increased.

In order to achieve the above object, in the panel of the present invention, holes are provided on the upper surface and the lower surface, and notches that are arranged side by side and form openings on the adjacent side surfaces are provided at the same height. Each panel body made of concrete includes an upper frame member having a downwardly protruding shaft arranged horizontally above the panel body and inserted into a hole in the upper surface, and a hole arranged horizontally below and in the lower surface. The upper frame material and the lower frame material are attached to the panel body by the projecting shafts by bolting the upper frame material and the lower frame material, which extend vertically, to the lower frame material having upwardly directed protruding shafts that are inserted into the panel body. A base framework consisting of vertical frame members is disposed, and the vertical frame members facing each other across the adjacent side surfaces of the base framework are connected by joint members passing above and below the notch.

1 Each panel body made of concrete has holes on the top and bottom surfaces, and cutouts that form openings on the adjacent side surfaces and are arranged at the same height, and are arranged horizontally above the panel body. an upper frame member having a downward protruding shaft which is inserted into the hole in the upper surface; a lower frame member which is arranged horizontally below and has an upward protruding shaft which is inserted into the hole in the lower surface; A base framework is provided, which is made up of a vertical frame member that extends horizontally and connects the upper frame member and the lower frame member with bolts, thereby attaching the upper frame member and the lower frame member to the panel body using the protruding shaft. A panel formed by joining vertical frame members facing each other across the adjacent side surfaces of the panel with joint members passing above and below the notch.
