Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は図表管理方式に関し、特に図表等を作成する機
能を有するワードプロセッサにおける図表管理方式に関
する。
〔従来の技術〕
従来、ワードプロセッサなどによる文書作成においては
、図表とテキストとの両者によって一つの文書を作成す
る場合が多い。このような場合には、図表中の記載情報
と説明テキストとの整合性を良くして文書の理解度を上
げるために、図表中の記載情報とテキストの中の記載情
報とを人間が照合しながら文書を作成していた。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
上述した従来の図表管理方式は、テキストと図表とが別
ページにある場合には、文書作成者がついうっかりして
図表中のキーワードの説明をテキスト中に入れるのを忘
れてしまい、さらに、チェックを忘れたりすると、テキ
スト文章として説明されていない図表中のキーワードが
生じてしまうという問題点があった。
本発明の目的は、文書作成において、テキストの記載情
報と図表の中の記載情報との論理的整合性を管理する７
ことができる図表管理方式を提供することにある。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
本発明の図表管理方式は、図表を含む文章を作成する機
能を有するワードプロセッサの図表管理方式において、
図表中の文字キーワードか前記図表に対応するテキスト
で引用されているか否かをチェックする機能を有して構
成されている。
〔実施例〕
次に、本発明の実施例について図面を参照して説明する
。
第１図は本発明の一実施例の図表管理方式を説明する図
である。
第１図において、テキストデータ１と図表データ２とが
与えられたとき、論理整合手段３は、図表データ中の文
字キーワードを集めてテキストデータ中の文字列とマツ
チングを行い、集めたキーワードのうちテキストデータ
とマツチングがとれなかったキーワードを文書作成画面
等に出力する。文書作成者は文書作成画面等に出力され
たキーワードにより図表又はテキストを修正して、図表
中の記載情報と説明テキストとの整合性の良い文書を作
成することができる。
このように、図表の特記すべき文字キーワードが洩れな
く説明されているかどうかを容易に知ることができる。
また、図表中の図表者、例えば「図１」と文章中の図表
名ｒ図１」とを対応させることにより、特定図表の説明
が文書の特定位置に洩れなく記載されているかどうかを
容易に知ることができる。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように、本発明は、図表の特記すべき文字
キーワードが洩れなく説明されているかどうかを容易に
知ることができるなど、文書作成において、テキストの
記載情報と図表の中の記載情報との論理的整合性を管理
することができるという効果を有する。

第１図は本発明の一実施例の図表管理方式を説明する図

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 図表を含む文章を作成する機能を有するワードプロセッ
    サの図表管理方式において、図表中の文字キーワードが
    前記図表に対応するテキストで引用されているか否かを
    チェックする機能を有することを特徴とする図表管理方
    式。
