Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、作動ギヤツプを有するチツプコア
とホルダーコアとをガラスによつて固着して構成

あつた。第1図において、1a,1bはその端部

たシールドコア、4a,4bは前記チツプコア1
a,1bにガラス5a,5bによつて固着された
ホルダーコア、6a,6bは前記チツプコア1
a,1bに接合されるボテイコアである。また、
7は以上の様に構成して成る磁気ヘツドの端部に
摺動する磁気テープである。また、以下各図にお

た。したがつて、前記した盛り上りの部からのチ
ツプコア1a,1bとボデイコア6a,6bとの
接合ができなくなり、接合の先端部がこの磁気ヘ
ツドの磁気テープ7との摺動面と離れてしまつ
て、磁気ヘツド自体の能率の低下を招いていた。
さらに、チツプコア1a,1bとボデイコア6
a,6bとの接合面積が小さくなつたことで、磁
気ヘツドの特性が不安定になつてしまうおそれが
あつた。そこで、ガラス5a,5bの盛り上がつ
た部分を削り取ることが考えられるが、作業が困
難であり、またホルダーコア4a,4b及びチツ
プコア1a,1bまで削り取つてしまうおそれが

出させ、この突出された上記の部材により上記チ
ツプコア1a,1bとボデイコア6a,6bとの
接合面におけるガラス5a,5bの盛り上がりを
押える様にしたので、チツプコア1a,1bとボ
デイコア6a,6bの接合がテープ摺動面に近づ
いた位置から行なえ、磁気ヘツド自体の能率が向
上する。また、チツプコア1a,1bとボデイコ
ア6a,6bとの接合面積が大きくなり、磁気ヘ

ツプを含む上記チツプコアの端部と共に磁気テー
プの摺動面を構成するホルダーコアと、上記チツ
プコアに接合されるボデイコアを備えた磁気ヘツ
ドにおいて、上記ホルダーコアを構成する材料と
熱膨張係数が近く耐熱性を有する無機材料より成
る部材を、上記ホルダーコアにおける上記磁気テ
ープの摺動面側とは反対の端部でかつ上記チツプ
コアの側に穿設した溝に設けて、該部材を上記ホ
ルダーコアの上記チツプコア側に僅かに突出さ
せ、この突出された上記の部材により上記チツプ
コアとボデイコアとの接合面におけるガラスの盛
り上がりを押える様にしたことを特徴とする磁気
