【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ パイロツト弁と、このパイロツト弁を作動さ
せるソレノイド部と、前記パイロツト弁の作動に
よつて作動される主弁とを備え、前記パイロツト
弁および前記主弁が弁室の内壁面を摺動すること
なく作動されることを特徴とするパイロツト形電
磁弁。 ２ 前記パイロツト弁が該パイロツト弁の作動方
向と直交する方向への動きを規制する支持部材に
よつて前記弁室の内壁面に支持され、また前記主
弁が前記弁室の内壁面に支持されているダイヤフ
ラムによつて形成されていることを特徴とする請
求項１記載のパイロツト形電磁弁。 ３ 前記弁室を介して連通されている入力ポート
および出力ポートと、所定の間隔をおき互いに対
向されて前記弁室に配設されている前記パイロツ
ト弁および前記主弁と、前記パイロツト弁および
前記主弁の間に形成されている圧力作用室と、前
記弁室に形成され、前記主弁の接離によつて開閉
されるとともに、開かれた時に前記入力ポート側
の流体圧が前記出力ポート側に流出される第１弁
孔と、前記主弁に形成され、前記パイロツト弁の
接離によつて開閉されるとともに、開かれた時に
前記圧力作用室側の流体圧が排出される第２弁孔
と、前記入力ポート側と前記圧力作用室側とを連
通させる連通孔とを備え、前記圧力作用室側の流
体圧が前記第２弁孔から排出され該圧力作用室側
が減圧されることにより、前記主弁が第１弁孔か
ら離反され該第１弁孔が開かれることを特徴とす
る請求項１、または２記載のパイロツト形電磁弁
