DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to the purification of oil smoke etc. generated in a high frequency heating device having a heater. BACKGROUND ART In the conventional high-frequency heating device shown in FIG. 4, for example, an exhaust port 6a equipped with a high-frequency leakage prevention material is provided on the upper surface of the heating chamber 2a, and a gas purification catalyst 8a is further inserted into the exhaust path. (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 132444/1983). In addition, as a recent example, as shown in FIG. 5, a gas purification catalyst heating means 9a, a gas purification catalyst 8a,
There is also one in which the forced exhaust means 11a are arranged in this order. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The conventional examples mainly focus on natural exhaust based on the drift effect of the exhaust tower, and do not describe forced exhaust at all. Various issues arise with natural exhaust. One is that it is extremely difficult to exhaust all the large amounts of oil smoke generated from food during cooking. Therefore, there is a risk that the heating chamber will be filled with oil smoke, which will flow out through the gaps between the various parts of the heating chamber, and the gas purification catalyst will no longer be effective. The second problem was that when food was removed after cooking was completed, oily smoke from the heating chamber would blow out from the food removal port, potentially contaminating the heating device. In particular, when the above configuration is applied to a high-frequency heating device, it is impossible to provide a large intake/exhaust port to prevent leakage of high-frequency waves, making it impossible to apply it to equipment that utilizes high-frequency waves.

In addition, a recent example is that a forced exhaust means is installed in the exhaust passage to suck in the exhaust gas from the heating chamber and purify the gas. They are expensive, and a heater is installed in the exhaust passage to improve the gas purification effect, resulting in high exhaust temperatures. Means for Solving the Problems> The high-frequency heating device of the present invention provides a heater unit having a heater and a fan in a part of the heating chamber, and configures a gas purification catalyst in the heater unit. The structure is such that smoke and odors from the heating chamber are sucked in, and hot air is created and gas purification can be performed while passing through the heater unit.
Effect> The high-frequency heating device having a heater of the present invention has a heater unit in which a heater and a fan are provided in a part of the heating chamber, a gas purification catalyst is provided in the heater unit in the vicinity of the heater, and a gas purification catalyst is provided in the heater unit in the vicinity of the heater. By installing a catalyst in front of the exhaust port from the heater unit to the heating chamber, smoke generated in the heating chamber can be eliminated. Odors are taken in by the heater unit's fan, purified inside the heater unit, and exhausted into the heating chamber as purified hot air, which heats the food in the heating chamber and keeps the heating chamber always clean. The exhaust gas can be exhausted using a high-frequency heating device. <Example> An example of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. In FIG. 1, a door 2 that can be opened and closed is provided at the front of a heating chamber 1 in which food is stored. The space between the door and the heating chamber is sealed with rubber packing, and the door has a choke structure for high-frequency radio sealing. Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional view and a vertical cross-sectional view of the high-frequency heating device. Cooling air sucked in from outside the device by the cooling fan A3 cools the electrical components, and is blown into the heating chamber by the air guide 4. A circulation fan 5 and a heater 7 are installed in the upper part of the heating chamber 1.
A heater unit with The circulation fan 5 is driven by a belt by a circulation fan motor 6, and uses the heat of a heater 7 provided around the circulation fan to send hot air into the refrigerator to heat the food. In addition, in front of the outlet of the heater unit, a gas purification catalyst 10 is configured in close proximity to the heater, and a circulation fan sucks in smoke and odors generated from cooking food in the heating chamber, and heats it as hot air purified by the gas purification catalyst. It's blowing out into the room. Even after cooking, the H-fan continues to run for a while to exhaust and purify any smoke and odors remaining in the cooking chamber. In addition, if the circulation fan is rotated at the normal heating speed, it is dangerous for the user to get hot air into their hands when they try to take out the food immediately after cooking is finished, so by controlling the voltage waveform of the circulation fan motor, It is rotating. FIG. 4 shows a heater unit, in which a circulation fan 5 is arranged in the center of the heater unit, and a gas purification catalyst 15 is arranged adjacent to the heater 7.

The gas purification catalyst has a shape with many holes through it to reduce exhaust resistance. The heater supplies hot air to the heating chamber and increases the efficiency of the gas purification catalyst. Effects of the Invention The high-frequency heating device with a heater of the present invention has a heater unit having a heater, a circulation fan, and a gas purification catalyst in a part of the heating chamber, so that smoke and odors generated in the heating chamber can be removed by the circulation fan. Air is taken in and purified by a purification catalyst inside the heater unit, and then blown out as hot air by the heater into the heating chamber to heat the food being cooked. By heating the food and keeping the heating chamber in a purified state as described above, purified exhaust gas is also exhausted from the high-frequency heating device. In addition, even after cooking is complete, the circulation fan continues to run for a while to forcefully exhaust the air, purifying any smoke and odors that remain in the heating chamber and heater unit. As described above, according to the present invention, the exhaust gas purification effect is high, and there is no need to provide an attached heater or forced exhaust fan in the exhaust passage to increase the gas purification efficiency as in the conventional example, so the exhaust temperature can be reduced. We can supply a low-cost high-frequency heating device with a heater equipped with an exhaust purification device.
