Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the sole of a shoe with different colors, the sea part of which is clearly divided from an island part present in the sea part and not mixed therewith at the boundary through employment of the surrounding wall of a bottom mold. CONSTITUTION:A material for a first rubber material bottom (a) is poured in a bottom mold 1, and a material for a second rubber material bottom (b) is poured in a middle mold 2. Top, middle and bottom molds 3, 2 and 1 are piled up to perform press molding of a rubber material. The top, the middle and the bottom mold are separated from each other, and a part a', surrounded with a surrounding wall 12, of the rubber material is removed. The top mold 3 is engaged with the bottom mold 1, a second rubber material is superposed with a first rubber material to perform press mold. In this case, the protrusion part of the second rubber material is just engaged with the removed part of the first rubber material a'. By heating, the layers of the first and second rubber materials are adhered together for vulcanization. When adhesion and vulcanization thereof are completed and the molds are removed, the sole of a shoe having a different color island part being a target product is provided. At a timing when the top, the middle and the bottom mold are removed is after the rubber materials enter to every corners and mingle with the surface of the mold, and is in a state in which vulcanization is not yet progressed. It is important that no mistake in this timing is made.

That is, the present invention provides: (1) providing a middle mold in the upper mold (male mold) and lower mold (female mold) of a press-molding mold for rubber shoe soles; A surrounding base of a width is provided, and ■ the middle mold has a male mold whose lower surface fits into the lower mold recess, and
The lower surface has a protruding flat part corresponding to the lid of the cough enclosure of the lower mold, and the upper surface thereof forms a female recess relative to the upper mold (male mold);
Moreover, it is a male and female mold having a deeper recess corresponding to the inner surface of the surrounding wall of the lower mold. Put in an amount of rubber material that slightly exceeds the surrounding base, (1) overlap and fit the middle mold on top of the lower mold, (2) put a second rubber material into the recess on the upper surface of the middle mold,
■ Place the upper mold on top of it and fit it together, ■ Separate the middle mold from the lower mold and the first rubber material before the rubber material is vulcanized, and remove the upper mold together with the second rubber material from the recess of the middle mold. 1) remove the rubber material inside the surrounding base of the lower mold recess; 2) fit the upper mold holding the second rubber material into the lower mold, and remove the rubber material inside the surrounding base of the lower mold recess; The second rubber material layer is brought into contact with the first rubber material layer by aligning the convex portion of the second rubber material with the missing part of the first rubber material due to the removal of the inside of the surrounding base of the lower die, and A unique island characterized by completing the adhesion and vulcanization of the first rubber material and the second rubber material, and separating the rubber soles made of the first and second rubber materials that have been integrally vulcanized. The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a shoe sole having a part.
