(Prior Art) Conventionally, skis made of wood, FRP, metal glass, etc. have been known. Recently, skis have been provided that are made of a combination of various materials in order to more quickly attenuate vibrations during skiing and improve the maneuverability of the ski.

For example, a ski 10 shown in FIG. 10 in which an arbitrary number of vibration damping members 11 made of a viscoelastic material are arranged at arbitrary positions along the length of the ski according to the purpose and characteristics of the ski; As shown in FIG. 11, skis are also known in which a plastic vibration absorbing device 14 containing a weight is attached to the shovel portion 12 of the ski.

These skis had the following problems. That is, the ski 10 in FIG.
This structure can only be attached to the shovel part (tip) 12 of the ski, so it is not possible to reduce the vibrations generated at the tail part (rear end) 13. This had problems such as reduced maneuverability of the board.

In addition, the ski shown in FIG. 10 uses a flat plate vibration damping member 11 made of a viscoelastic material in which a restraining member such as piano wire or an aluminum plate is embedded in a rubber sheet or other viscoelastic material. However, even if a restraining member with a high elastic modulus is interposed, the vibration damping member itself does not have rigidity, so if you want to make the skis more rigid, you will need to use other reinforcing members. This has the disadvantage that the cost is relatively high, and the weight of the ski itself increases, resulting in poor maneuverability. Furthermore, since the vibration damping member 11 is a flat plate, it only damps vibrations in an average and distributed manner, and cannot quickly dampen desired areas, and the built-in position is similar to the position where a reinforcing member of a conventional ski is placed. This has the disadvantage that it has a large effect on the strength and rigidity of the ski, and the degree of freedom in designing the ski itself is significantly reduced.

Therefore, in order to eliminate these drawbacks of conventional skis, the present inventors developed a ski as disclosed in JP-A-59-166174, that is, a ski with a protrusion on the upper surface as shown in FIG. 4, and the protrusion 4 is filled with a vibration absorbing material 4a, thereby inventing a ski that is easy to design in terms of rigidity, torsional strength, etc., has good vibration damping properties, and has excellent directivity. did.

However, the skis manufactured by the method disclosed in JP-A No. 59-166174 have improved the drawbacks of skis made before this published invention, but they do not have a roof or other protrusion in the center of the upper surface of the ski. Due to the shape of the skis, they can be scratched by crossing the skis or contacting the edges while skiing, and if used frequently, the marks and designs printed on the protruding parts of the top of the skis may be damaged. There were problems such as the images disappearing or becoming unrecognizable.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In view of these drawbacks, the present invention provides skis that can be freely designed with characteristics such as torsional rigidity and vibration damping properties, and that have good durability such as printed marks. It is something.

(Means for Solving the Problems) To explain one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an arbitrary portion (a first A core material 5 with excellent vibration damping properties, which is thicker on both sides of the ski width and thinner toward the center, is disposed between the core body 9 on the bottom surface (the figure shows the front and rear excluding the fastener mounting area). The ski board 1 is characterized in that a recess 2 that substantially matches the shape of the core material is formed in the upper surface component 6 at a portion corresponding to the core material. The shape of the recessed portion is preferably V-shaped in cross section as shown in the figure, as well as U-shaped, arcuate, or similar shapes.

(Function) As described above, in the ski of the present invention, the width of both sides of the ski is thicker and the center part is thinner, between the upper surface component of the upper surface of the ski and the lower surface of the core. The core material has excellent vibration damping properties, so the vibrations of the skis that occur while skiing are reduced.
It is diffused in accordance with the thickness distribution of the core material, and the thicker side parts are quickly attenuated, so that the effect of making use of edges is achieved.

Furthermore, since a concave portion that approximately matches the shape of the core material is formed in the upper surface component of the portion corresponding to the core material, the resistance against torsion of the ski is transferred to both side edges 3, and the longitudinal axis of the ski is This increases the moment of inertia in the width direction around It is able to withstand strong winds, allowing for stable rotation and downhill operations.

(Other Embodiments) As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7, the lower surface of the upper surface component 6 in front or rear of the fastener attachment area of the ski is connected to the core 9. A core material 5 with excellent vibration damping properties, which is thicker on both sides of the width of the ski and thinner toward the center, is disposed between them, and the core material 5 is placed on the upper surface component of the area corresponding to the core material. This is a ski in which a concave portion 2 is formed which approximately matches the shape of the ski. The core material 5 is preferably made of foamed synthetic resin, lightweight wood, foamed light metal, synthetic resin containing microballoons, light rubber, or other materials singly or in combination. Then, as shown in Figures 8 and 9,
If a high elastic material 7 made of a metal plate such as aluminum, glass/carbon, boron, steel, or other fiber-reinforced plastic is built into the core material 5, the moment of inertia can be freely adjusted, and the bending rigidity and torsion are improved. Rigidity is also improved.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, a center core with excellent vibration damping properties is formed between the upper surface component 6 and the core body 9, which is thicker on both sides of the width of the ski and thinner toward the center. Because the material 5 is provided, the vibrations that occur in the ski when skiing are damped more quickly on both sides than in the center of the width, making it easier to use the edge, and the recess formed in the upper surface component helps prevent twisting. Since the drag force is transferred to both side edges, the stiffness of both side edges of the ski is increased, and the edging operation during rotation becomes easier.

In particular, if the recesses formed in the upper surface component are provided in areas that are prone to twisting before and after the fastener attachment area, resistance to twisting in these areas will be exerted and directivity will be improved.

The ski of the present invention has a completely new appearance, and the marks and designs applied to the recesses of the upper surface component do not scratch and are highly durable.
