Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 パチンコ球の流入口と研磨粒の供給口を有する横送筒を
下方にL字状に連設した揚送筒と、両筒内に夫々挿設す
る螺旋体を各別に回転させるモーターを備え、揚送筒の
上方排出口には、パチンコ球と研磨粒を分離する選別装
置を臨ませて、該選別装置により分離したパチンコ球は
パチンコ機への補給球として使用し、研磨粒を該選別装
置の排出口に連設した循環パイプによって上記横送筒の
供給口に還流させる揚送研磨装置に、水平方向に横設し
た清浄外郭部に駆動モーターにより回転するスクリュー
部と撹拌部とを連設した清浄回転機構を内装し、該清浄
外郭部には内装するスクリュー部の始端部側には研磨粒
の供給口を、撹拌部の先端部側には排出口を設け、かつ
清浄外郭部には研磨粒の清浄化に伴って発生する粉塵を
収集し、該粉塵を吸引するための集塵口を有する外郭覆
部を設け、上記集塵口には吸引ホースを接続して吸引集
塵機に連接した清浄外郭部に流入した研磨粒をスクリュ
ー部と撹拌部とによって押送、撹拌して研磨粒相互の駆
動により清浄化する研磨粒清浄装置を装備し、 上記清浄外郭部の排出口は上記横送筒の研磨粒供給口と
連接し、上記研磨粒を還流させる循環パイプには清浄循
環パイプを分岐して、その下端を上記清浄外郭部の研磨
粒供給口に連設するとともに、該両循環パイプへの研磨
粒の流下を変換させる変流機構を設けて、必要なとき、
該変流機構により研磨粒を研磨粒清浄装置に導入させて
清浄化するようにしたことを特徴とする研磨粒清浄装置
付揚送研磨装置。
