合溝に前記折曲げ部分を係合し、前記水切部材の
外周壁部の左右側対向位置にそれぞれ透孔を穿設
すると共に外装ケースの上端左右側にも前記水切
部材の透孔に対応する透孔をそれぞれ穿設する一
方、ハンドルの左右側下端内面に複数の係止爪を
備えたブツシユを設け、水切部材と外装ケースと
の前記夫々の透孔に外装ケースの外方より前記ハ
ンドルの左右のブツシユを圧入し、各係止爪を水
切部材の外周壁部内側に係止してあることを特徴
