揺動自在に連結するシヤフトを設け、このシヤフ
トは開弁用ロツカアームを挿通する軸部と、閉弁
用ロツカアームに挿通する軸部とを互いに偏心さ
せるとともに、開弁用ロツカアームと閉弁用ロツ
カアームのいずれか一方に対するシヤフトの回転
