この考案は配送品に貼付して配送管理を行うと

ム、裏カーボン複写システム等が採用され、封筒
上紙３の配送情報記入部５に情報を記入すること
により、記入情報が下位に位置する配送票４の配
送情報記入部５にも同時に複写されるよう構成さ

より配送票の端部を開口部より突出して保持した
場合は配送票の端部がつかみ易く配送票の抜き取
り作業も容易に行える等実用性にすぐれた効果を
