４を、該計量筒下部内へ上記流出筒７上端部を挿
入させて垂設し、該計量筒１４と第二嵌合筒１２
との間の頂壁１３一部に流出孔１５を穿設した計
量部材１１とからなり、外周部を中心としての弾
