A heat transfer tube 11 with an extremely high thermal conductivity, one end of which is inserted into the combustion tube 5, receives the exhaust heat of the combustion tube 5,
This heat is transmitted through the heat conduction tube 11, and the cold air guide plate 6a
It is transmitted to the humidifying tray 12 installed on the top surface of the humidifier. The heat transferred to the humidifying tray 12 exchanges heat with the water 14 inside the humidifying tray 12, raising the temperature of the water 14 and causing it to evaporate. The steam accumulated in the humidifying tray 12 gathers at the opening of the lid 15 and is discharged into the living space, whereupon the evaporation results in humidification.

Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the conventional humidifying tray 12 has a bottom surface that is horizontal to the lid surface, and the pure water in the heat transfer tube 11 is heated in the lower combustion tube 5 and evaporated. The humidifying tray 12 is moved up, cooled at the bottom of the humidifying tray 12, and returned to the bottom again. This operation is repeated to transport heat.
Since these are connected horizontally, it is difficult for the pure water to return to the bottom, and there is no pure water at the bottom, which impairs the heat conduction function. Also, cleaning inside the humidifying tray 12,
There were also drawbacks to the work of draining water, such as the fact that the bottom surface of the humidifying tray 12 was horizontal, making it difficult to perform the work.

This idea was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above. The bottom of the humidifying dish is sloped, and one end of the heat conduction tube is placed along the slope of the bottom of the humidifying dish. At the same time, by inserting the other end of the heat transfer tube into the combustion cylinder, the inclined direction can be used as a water pool for easy cleaning and water drainage work. To provide a humidifying device for a hot-air heater, which can make it easier for pure water to flow downward to increase heat conduction efficiency, reduce the area of a heat receiving part, and improve the life of a heat conduction tube.

In FIGS. 4 to 6, reference numeral 12a denotes a humidifying dish whose bottom face faces forward and is inclined downward, and a heat conduction tube 1 having an inclined angle along the bottom of this humidifying dish
1a is attached by brazing. The tip of the heat transfer tube 11a is inserted into the combustion tube 5,
By receiving the exhaust heat from the combustion tube 5, the pure water sealed inside the heat transfer tube 11a is boiled and evaporated, becoming water vapor and rising to the upper part of the heat transfer tube 11a. This action adds to the heat conduction through the material of the heat conduction tube 11a, resulting in an extremely large heat conduction tube. The pure water rising in a vapor state inside the heat transfer tube 11a is absorbed by the heat dissipation effect of the humidifying tray 2a itself, and the water 1
It is cooled by heat dissipation due to heat exchange with 4, and when it returns to pure water, it drips to the lower part of the heat transfer tube 11a due to the action of gravity, and is heated again at the lower part by the exhaust heat from the combustion tube 5 and evaporates. This operation is repeated to carry out heat transport.

Here, in this embodiment, the bottom of the humidifying tray 12a is tilted at an angle of θ°, so that the movement of pure water in the heat transfer tube 11a is improved, and the efficiency of heat transport is improved. It becomes possible to raise the Furthermore, by setting the bottom of the humidifying tray 12a at an angle of θ°, a pool of water can be formed inside the humidifying tray 12a, and when cleaning the inside of the humidifying tray 12a, it can be easily cleaned without tilting the main body using a water drain dropper 16. It also has the advantage of being able to suck up water up to a maximum of 300 degrees, and collecting debris in the water in one place.

As described above, according to this invention, the bottom of the humidifying dish is sloped, one end of the heat conduction tube is connected and fixed to the sloped bottom of the humidifying dish along the slope, and the heat conduction tube is By inserting the other end into the combustion tube, heat transport within the heat transfer tube is performed well, the heat transfer efficiency can be increased, and the life of the heat transfer tube can be extended. Furthermore, the extended lifespan has the effect of improving quality, making cleaning and draining operations easier, and improving serviceability.
