PURPOSE:To keep the compression dimension of a rubber valve constant even if a projection is deformed in spot welding by forming a projection in a terminal cap to increase welding strength with a hollow rivet and by contacting a projection installed in the crossed part of the cylindrical part of the cap with its flange with the head of the hollow rivet. CONSTITUTION:A circular projection 2 is formed downward in the crossed part 1c of the cylindrical part 1a of a terminal cap 1 inside which a rubber valve 4 is accommodated and its flange 1b.
