PURPOSE:To increase driving force according to a method wherein plural number of driving lugs are installed so that their inner ends are positioned inside an annular rim, and a longitudinal rib for connecting the portions of the lugs inside the rim to the rim is installed inside the rim. CONSTITUTION:An annular rim 1 made of iron pipe material is fixed to an iron-made circular pipe shape boss 5 for setting a wheel to the axle of a working machine through spokes 7 made of plural pieces of iron pipe material, and a tire 8 made of synthetic rubber or other elastic material is welded to the total peripheral face of the rim 1. In this case, a plural number of driving lugs 2 are formed to the tire 8, with proper intervals as one body so that their inner ends are positioned inside the inner peripheral face of the tire 8. A longitudinal rib 4 is formed inside the annular rim 1 to connect the portions of these driving lugs 2 inside the annular rim 1 to the annular rim 1.
