由にかつ環状に配設され円錐状の外周面に多数の
突起刃を突設した複数個の破砕刃とを備え、前記
基板の外周部には切欠等からなる破砕礫の導入口
を形成するとともに基板の中央部には前記オーガ
ースクリユーの軸内の水供給路に連通する水噴射
口を開設してなり、前記オーガースクリユーの進
退により前記止水板を前記ケーシングの先端に脱
着させて地下水または土砂の流入を調整するため
開閉する際、砕石の噛み込みにより開閉が妨げら
れるのを防止するよう前記破砕礫導入口内で、さ
らに細く砕石し得るようにしたことを特徴とする
