Abstract

PURPOSE:To respond to changes in the length and shape of an article in a speedy manner upon packaging by setting lengthwise a fine plastic metal line of continuous length in each side edge of a flatly folded cylindrical body of synthetic resin film in continuous length. CONSTITUTION:A flatly folded inflation film 12 is heat sealed with a synthetic resin tape 13 containing a fine metal line at each side edge so as to be formed into a cylindrical packaging material 11. A fine metal line 14 of continuous length is provided in a folded cylindrical body of the synthetic resin film having the similar length at least along each side edge. Therefore, even if the packaging material is cut off at any point thereof, the fine metal line can exist at the edges of the upper and lower openings of this cylindrical body. This permits an easy and accurate packaging of a long-sized article.

(Conventional technology) Conventional methods are used to wrap individual items such as large fish, vegetables, and trees, and to cover plants planted on top of the ground to protect them from frost. A conventional bag-like bag made of synthetic resin film, ie, a rectangular bag with an opening on one side and an opening on the other side, has been used.

However, these bag-like items are often prepared as standard products with a fixed length as well as a fold width, so if longer items are included, it becomes impossible to completely package them.

As a countermeasure to this problem, it is conceivable to always have a relatively large bag on hand, but if short items arrive, it may become difficult to take them out, making packaging even more inconvenient. In addition, the bottom part is glued in a straight line and usually intersects at right angles with the non-openings on both sides, and the tip is relatively sharp so that food such as large tuna or flowerpots with trees can be dropped into them. The sharp part of the holder may concentrate stress on the adhesive part at the bottom and collide with it, causing damage to the adhesive part at the bottom.

In addition to the above-mentioned products, products that are short in width and large in thickness include construction sash, carpets, and scrolls such as linoleum. Because the bag has a square shape, residual air bulges are formed at both ends of the bottom of the bag, and when the opened part of the bag is sealed and stored or transported as a packaged product, this bulge may occur. There is an inconvenience that the part gets in the way spatially.

Furthermore, if the diameter of the bag is almost the same as the diameter of a scroll-shaped product, it is difficult to insert the product because the air at the bottom cannot be easily removed. When protecting a planted tree with a bag, if the tree is tall, the bag will be too short to secure it to the ground, and if the tree is short, the bottom of the bag will have play in the L part of the tree. Undesirable.

On the other hand, the -1 part of the bag can be sealed by wrapping it with string, tape, or a rubber band, but this method is often used in the workplace.
It is necessary to prepare these auxiliary materials for packaging and covering, which makes the work and work management complicated. .

(Means for Solving the Problem) As a result of intensive research to solve these problems, the present inventor found that the problem can be achieved by using a synthetic resin film tubular body having a special configuration, The invention has been completed. That is, the gist of the present invention is to provide a cylindrical envelope made of a long tubular body made of a synthetic resin film that is folded flat (both ends of which are attached with long thin plastic metal wires along its length). It's in the material.

The synthetic resin film used in the present invention may be made of any synthetic resin commonly used as packaging materials or covering materials, and is not particularly limited, but polyolefin resins are particularly preferred in terms of ease of molding and cost. preferable. In terms of strength, polyester and nylon are selected. When water vapor permeability is required, vinylon or nylon is used. Other resins such as vinyl chloride resin and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin can also be used because of their ease of handling.

There is no particular limit to the thickness of the film, but as described below,
Since one part is twisted to seal, if it is too thick, it will be difficult to use, and if it is too thin, it will break when twisted, which is undesirable. Therefore, depending on the type of synthetic resin, it is 10 to 20 microns.

The synthetic resin film -1- in the present invention is a long tubular body and is used in the form of a flat folded body. The purpose of the long length is because the target is a group of products whose lengths are not constant, and the target is cut according to the length of the target. Therefore, it is cylindrical with no bottom.

The plastic thin metal wire used in the present invention refers to two thin metal wires.
If you hold the entire IL, grip it at two points a certain distance apart, and twist it in opposite directions, each will become spiral-like, like a twisted thread, and if you twist it in the original direction, it will no longer be spiral-shaped and will return to a somewhat linear shape. A suitable thin metal wire is a mild steel wire that is usually used for tying objects or manufacturing wire mesh. 3. Since the twisting work described in -1- is usually done by holding it with the fingertips, it is a wire with high rigidity. is difficult to use. Also, those with high elasticity are not suitable because they do not twist together in a spiral shape. For example, piano wire cannot be used.0In short, unless it is capable of plastic deformation, it is impossible to use a tubular film as described below! 1
By gathering the parts together and fixing them in a twisted state, the effect of sealing cannot be achieved.

A long thin metal wire is similarly attached along at least both end edges of the folded long synthetic resin film tubular body. With this configuration, thin metal wires will be present at the edges of both -1- lower openings of the cylindrical body no matter where the length is cut.

Further, by attaching the thin metal wires to at least both end edges as shown in the figure, the opening 11 can be sealed by twisting the thin metal wires. It is also a preferable embodiment to further attach a thin wire to the central part of the cylindrical body in the width direction in order to increase the density.

There are various methods for manufacturing a cylindrical body with a thin metal wire attached thereto. Encapsulating the thin wire between the edge films while manufacturing a blown film tube is not straightforward, but the goal is achieved by attaching it to the outside surface of the folded tube. In this case, the simple method of attachment is to use an adhesive tape over the entire length, and furthermore, the film of the cylindrical body has blue-tatching properties, preferably heat-sealing properties. -Put between two thin synthetic resin tapes, heat-seal both tapes, and insert the thin wires into P-T, and then apply the synthetic resin finger tape containing thin metal wires to the film 1- as described above. The method of attaching by thermal bonding is preferable because the thin metal wires are reliably tightly attached and can be strongly bonded.

When folding a flat film to make a long tubular body, when folding the film, thin metal wires are drawn directly into the edge, and a heat-fused tube is formed between the films, or the synthetic resin tape containing the thin metal wires is inserted into the film in the same way. It may be heat-sealed between the two or on the outer surface. When making a long cylindrical body by combining 0 sheets of flat film, a method similar to the method described in I can be used.

For packaging, first, squeeze one end of the cylindrical wrapping material of the desired length by hand to make it into a rod shape, grasp the cylindrical wrapping material and the part spaced apart from each other, and twist the material twice in opposite directions. When you seal 1-1 and drop the fish from the other end, the sharp part 11 of the fish suddenly [-] does not collide with a single point of the sealed part, but the whole fish enters in contact with the film surface, so it becomes a part of the film. Not only is no stress applied and there is no risk of breakage, there is also almost no air left around the fish body, so the volume of the package is extremely small. After adding the fish, squeeze and twist the other part into a rod shape in the same way to obtain a sealed package resembling the shape of a fish. In the figure, 44 is a thin metal wire;
8 indicates a sealed portion formed by twisting, and FIG. 9 shows a state in which 5 g of aluminum sash, which is bulky and thick and not very wide, is packaged. In this case, as in the case of FIG. 8, first cut the cylindrical wrapping material to match the length of the sash, twist and seal one end of the opening 11, and close the other opening.

Insert the Next, by squeezing the opening into a rod shape and twisting it backwards, not only does not much air remain inside the package, resulting in a package with a small volume, but it also allows each end of the angular sash to apply force to one point on the film. There is almost no chance of damaging the film. In FIG. 9, reference numeral 54 indicates a thin metal wire, and reference numeral 58 indicates a sealed portion formed by twisting. .

Even if the upper end is folded at the crease 88, the synthetic resin film does not have creases like paper, so it returns to its original shape immediately, but it maintains its folded state because of the thin metal wire. Therefore, the sealant 87 can be easily pasted as in the case of paper. The bottom side shows the state. By inserting such thin metal wires 84, produced stainless steel plates and decorative plates can be easily and reliably packaged, which is efficient.
