Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish a constant, satisfactory printing action by forming a spring holding member on which load hardly acts because of a complicated shape with plastic material and a spring bearing on which load repeatedly acts because of a simple shape with material excellent in wear resistance. CONSTITUTION:A printing lever energizing unit 11 is composed of a cylindrical spring holding member 1, and a plate-like spring bearing 2; the spring holding member 1 is formed into a cylinder with enough height to be inserted into the central, circular hole 13 of a core block 12 by using plastic such as polyacetal that can be readily molded. conversely, the spring bearing 2 is formed in the shape of a plate possessing a plane surface similar to the spring holding member 1 by using materials with high wear resistance such as carbon tool steel whose hardness is raised by quenching and tempering after press working, highly wear-resistant ceramic, FRP, etc. Thus, the action of a printing wire is stabilized to prevent the occurrence of defective response.

However, in this type of printer, the coil spring e is subjected to repeated loads over 200 million times during its service life.
When the spring holding member f is formed using a plastic material, the bottom of the hole wears out and the biasing force of the coil spring gradually decreases, resulting in unstable behavior of the printing wire and poor response. It has a defect.

In the print lever biasing unit configured in this way, the spring holding member 41, which has a complicated shape and does not apply much load, can be molded from an easily moldable plastic material.
In addition, since the spring receiving seat, which has a simple shape and is subject to repeated loads, can be molded using a material with excellent wear resistance, the entire spring holding member can be constructed easily, and the bottom part of the spring insertion hole can be easily constructed. By suppressing wear and wear of the wire guide hole 8, energy loss due to fluctuations in the load acting on the coil spring 3 and buckling of the printing wire 17 can be prevented over a long period of time.

To further explain the structure of this printer head, on the surface of the nose block 74 of each core block 62L, 621J, a lever swing regulating protrusion 92 is provided inside the core 66.
Further, an outer circumferential protrusion 64 is formed protrudingly on the outside, and these are polished by the simultaneous polishing method applied to both sides of the core block 62 so that they have the same height. Then, a dish-shaped yoke 5siiIa@ of magnetic material having an accurate thickness is placed on top of this outer circumferential protrusion 64 as a standard, and a required gap is formed between the dish-shaped yoke 68 and the core 66. The shaft portion 69a of the printing lever 69 is pivotally supported, and each printing lever 69 is fitted into a cross-shaped slot 71 of a magnetic disc-shaped yoke 72 placed roughly on top of the shaft portion 69a, so that the printing levers 69 are rotated in the surface direction. is positioned.

(Effects) As described above, according to the present invention, the spring holding member, which has a complicated shape and does not receive much load, is molded from a plastic material that is easy to mold; Since the receiving seat is molded from a material with excellent wear resistance, it is not only possible to manufacture a long-lasting printing lever biasing unit at low cost, but also to make it easier to manufacture the bottom of the spring insertion hole and the printing wire. The reliability of the print head can be improved by eliminating wear of the guide hole and preventing loss of printing energy due to fluctuations in the operating load of the coil spring or buckling of the print wire.

Moreover, since the spring receiving member is fixed by caulking the protrusion provided at the bottom of the spring holding member, it is possible to easily connect members that have contradictory properties, such as a member that is easy to mold and a member that has wear resistance. In general, since the coil spring is inserted into the through hole of the spring holding member together with a high viscosity liquid, it is possible to prevent the coil spring from surging and to prevent the shocking movement of the printing lever when returning from suction. This makes it possible to reduce the noise generated, improve the durability of the print lever, and minimize the wear of each member constituting the print lever biasing unit.
