Abstract

PURPOSE:To intend lower cost and thinner type by having a reflecting plate provided with a protruded portion expanded on the reflecting face side and recessed portions expanded to the opposite side to arrange a lighting unit in the protruded portion and to fit the reflecting plate to a fitted face in the recessed portions and cover the recessed portions with caps. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting plate 21 has a downwardly expanded protruded portion 22 formed at the center portion and upwardly expanded thin-type recessed portions 23 formed in the vicinity of the protruded portion 22 and on the right and left sides thereof. A lighting unit fitting plate 31 is engaged with a skirt portion, which is formed to be bent upward at the both edge portions, between a pair of recessed portions 23 of the reflecting plate 21 to cover the protruded portion 22 from the upper part. The reflecting plate 21 directly mounted with a stabilizer 36, a terminal table 37 and a lamp socket 51 is fitted to a fitted face 56 for itself. In this way, the reflecting plate 21 which is a complete structure combines a mainframe chassis for itself, thereby to reduce cost and intend lighter weight and thinner type of a whole instrument.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional lighting equipment as described above, the reflector 11
Since the main body chassis 1 and the main body chassis 1 are constructed as separate parts, there are problems in that the cost is high and the overall assembly and attachment to the mounting surface 3 are complicated. Furthermore, since parts such as the main body chassis 1 and the reflector plate 11 are stacked one on top of the other, the entire device cannot be made thin, and the amount of protrusion from the mounting surface 3 is large, resulting in an unsightly appearance. Furthermore, since the gap between the main body chassis 1 and the mounting surface 3 was narrow, it was difficult to wire the power line 10 and the like. In addition, since many screws were tightened, installation and removal were troublesome. Furthermore, since the screws 12 for attaching the reflector 11 are exposed to the outside, there are problems such as an unsightly appearance.

According to the above configuration, the ballast 36, the terminal block 37, the lamp socket 51, etc. are directly attached to the reflector 21, and the reflector 21 itself is attached to the mounting surface 56, so that it is different from the conventional reflector 11. A separate body chassis 1 can be made unnecessary. That is, since the integrally structured reflector plate 21 itself also serves as the main body chassis, costs can be reduced, and
The entire device can be made lighter and thinner, and can be made into the smallest shape. Therefore, it also looks better. Moreover, assembly and attachment to the attachment surface 56 are also extremely simple. Furthermore, disassembly and removal are also easier.

By the way, in the conventional lighting fixture shown in FIG.
The workability of the connection is poor, the power supply line 10 has to be bent significantly, and the connection tends to be incomplete. Furthermore, after the main body chassis 1 and the reflector plate 11 were coupled, the release button of the terminal block 5 could not be used.

However, according to the configuration of the above embodiment, since the window hole 34 that faces the wire connection portion 38 of the terminal block 37 and the release button 39 from above is formed in the lighting unit mounting plate 31, the work of connecting the power wire 58 is easy and simple. In addition to ensuring reliability, bending of the power supply line 58 can also be minimized.

According to the present invention, the reflector on which the lamp is attached is provided with a convex portion bulging on the reflective surface side and a concave portion bulging toward the opposite side of the convex portion, and the lamp is lit inside the convex portion. Since the unit is installed, the reflector is attached to the surface to be mounted using the fixture located in the recess, and the recess is covered by the lid, a main body chassis separate from the reflector is not required, and therefore costs are reduced. The device can be made light, flat and thin as a whole, and assembly and disassembly as well as installation (removal and removal) from the surface to which it is attached becomes easy.
In addition to being able to be made thinner as described above, the design of the exterior is also improved because the fittings are hidden from view by the lid.
