- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) Ｕ字状に折曲げられその内面に複数の半導
体素子が固着された絶縁金属基板と、金属で形成
され前記Ｕ字状に折曲げられた基板が挿入される
ケース材と、前記基板の周端部に固着された外部
リードの位置規制を行なう位置規制板と、前記ケ
ース材と一体化される金属製のケース蓋とを備え
たことを特徴とする混成集積回路。 (2) 前記位置規制板はフレキシブル材であるこ
とを特徴とする請求項１記載の混成集積回路。 (3) 前記絶縁金属基板はアルミニウム基板であ
