Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of deodorant, to make the maintenance easy, and to be suitable for domestic use by atomizing the deodorizing liquid obtained by mixing water and ozone, and mixing it with the polluted room air to deodorize. CONSTITUTION:The deodorizing liquid consisting of an ozone water obtained by mixing ozone generated in an ozonizer 18 and water sent from a water tank 5 is atomized in an atomizing unit 7. In a deodorizing part 10, the deodorizing liquid atomized by the atomizing unit 7 is mixed with the introduced polluted room air to deodorize the polluted room air. The deodorized clean air is discharged to the room by a blower 3 provided in the downstream-side of the deodorizing part 10. The deodorizing liquid supplied to the deodorizing part 10 is recovered by a deodorizing liquid-recovering part 15. As a result, the deodorizing device suitable for domestic use is obtained in which the need of deodorant is eliminated and the maintenance is easy.

(Prior Art) Various deodorizing devices have been devised to purify contaminated air containing various malodorous substances generated in the home. Conventional deodorizing devices can be roughly divided into two types: those that physically treat contaminated air and those that chemically treat contaminated air.

The former method uses various types of filters, typically activated carbon, to deodorize by adsorbing molecules of malodorous substances, but the amount of malodorous substances that can be treated is almost determined by the amount of activated carbon, and Due to various conditions, malodorous substances can be desorbed from the air, making it easy for odor to be generated again.

On the other hand, the latter method, as described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 82-179522, involves atomizing a deodorizing liquid and causing contaminated air to react with the deodorizing liquid, thereby changing the molecules of malodorous substances into other odorless molecules. It is attracting attention because it is a chemical treatment method and does not have the problems of physical treatment methods. However, since conventional deodorizing devices using chemical treatment use a deodorizing section in which a deodorizing agent is dissolved in water, not only water but also the deodorizing agent must be periodically replenished.

[Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, this invention is equipped with an ozone generator, and atomizes a deodorizing liquid obtained by mixing water and ozone to eliminate indoor pollution. Indoor contaminated air is deodorized by mixing with air or atomized water and ozone with indoor contaminated air.

(Function) In this invention, indoor contaminated air is deodorized by using ozonated water as a deodorizing liquid or by utilizing the synergistic effect of water and ozone. Therefore, since no special deodorizing agent is used,
There is no need to replenish the deodorizer, and the deodorizing effect continues for a long time just by replenishing the water. This facilitates maintenance and management.

The ultrasonic atomizer 7 includes a liquid reservoir 8 that stores water 4 supplied from the supply port 6 of the water tank 5, and an ultrasonic vibrator 9 that vibrates and atomizes the water 4 in this liquid reservoir 8. ing. The ultrasonic vibrator 9 is made of a piezo element that performs thickness vibration with electrodes formed on both sides, and is supported at the bottom of the liquid reservoir 8 so as to be in contact with the water 4 in the liquid reservoir 8 . In this case, the liquid level of the water 4 in the liquid reservoir 8 is adjusted by the height of the supply port 6 of the water tank 5, and water is constantly supplied in response to fluctuations in the liquid level. As a result, the height of the water 4 above the ultrasonic transducer 9 is maintained constant, so the amount of atomization of the water 4 is always kept constant.

1, a plurality of barrier plates 12 provided between the intake port 2 and the blower 3, and a recovery filter 14. The barrier plate 12 promotes the deodorizing effect by forming a meandering passage, and is formed integrally with the partition wall 11, for example. The recovery filter 14 is made of a porous metal material, for example, and has the function of blocking liquid components (deodorizing liquid) and allowing only air to pass through. Furthermore, the ozone generator 18 is also activated at the same time to generate ozone. The generated ozone is sucked into the water in the reservoir 8 through the ozone outlet 19 by a pump (not shown), and ozone water is generated. Then, the ozone water in the vicinity of the ultrasonic vibrator 9 in the liquid reservoir 8 is atomized by the vibration of the ultrasonic vibrator 9, and flows into the deodorizing section 10 by the rotation of the blower 3.
