Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the emergency illumination with a low output electric bulb without damaging the design of a ceiling surface by combining an emergency light source device into a stand type lighting equipment. CONSTITUTION:An emergency lighting electric bulb 3 lighted in service interruption is combined into a stand type lighting equipment. Under normal conditions, a general lighting electric bulb 1 is lighted by a regular power source. When the regular power source is cut and laid in a state of emergency, a storage battery 15 is automatically operated to supply an emergency power source, whereby the emergency lighting bulb 3 is lighted to illuminate the floor surface around it. Hence, as the emergency lighting bulb 3 is not provided on a ceiling, the appearance of the ceiling surface is never damaged. Also, as the emergency lighting bulb 3 is situated in a position as low as the height of a strut 12, it can illuminate the floor surface at regulated illuminance even if it has a low output.
