Conventional Structure and Problems Sheathed heaters are used because the heating element of an electric range needs to withstand impact from a pot or the like on which it is placed and has a long lifespan. However, since this sheathed heater does not get red hot when energized at low power, it is difficult to tell whether it is energized, and conventional electric ranges often forget to turn it off. Therefore, there is a risk of burns, and if the pot is used for a long time with oil or the like in it, or if you forget to turn it off, it will inevitably catch fire, which is dangerous.

Purpose of the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to provide a function to prevent forgetting to turn off the power to each heating element individually when the power is turned on to each heating element for a predetermined period of time, and a function to prevent forgetting to turn off the power to each heating element individually when the power is turned on for a predetermined period of time or more. When cooking, the user consciously cancels the forget-to-turn-off prevention function with one key switch, and the forget-to-turn-off prevention function has already been activated for one or more heating elements, stopping the power supply to the heating elements. To provide an energy-saving, safe, and easy-to-use electric range that eliminates danger and complexity in use, since the key switch is not accepted and the forget-to-turn-off prevention function is not canceled if the key switch is turned off.

Structure of the Invention The electric range according to the present invention includes a plurality of heating elements that heat a cooking container such as a pot, a plurality of energization ratio setting means that can be arbitrarily set corresponding to the plurality of heating elements, and energization ratio determining means for individually determining energization ratios using a plurality of set values set by the plurality of energization ratio setting means as input signals; and energization amount determined by a plurality of control signals from the energization ratio determination means. A plurality of heating element energization amount control means to be controlled, and a plurality of timers that count energization time when the individual energization ratio determined by the energization ratio determination means is not zero, and clear the counted value when it is zero. and forget-to-turn-off prevention function means for individually stopping energization to the heat-generating elements by the heat-generating element energization amount control means when the count value of the timer exceeds a predetermined value; This forget-to-turn-off prevention function means does not release the forget-to-turn-off prevention function when the count value of one or more timers exceeds a predetermined value. When the forgetting prevention function is set, a plurality of timers individually count the energization time, and when the counted value of this timer exceeds a predetermined value, the forgetting to disconnect function means sets the heating element energization amount control means. Then, if the energization to the heating elements is stopped individually, and the energization time is short and the energization ratio setting is returned to zero before the timer count exceeds a predetermined value, the timer count value will change at this point. is cleared, and the count value will not be integrated in subsequent energization. Further, the key switch is used when cooking for a long time such as stewing, and if the forget-to-turn-off prevention function is canceled by pressing the key switch in advance, the timer will not operate and all heating elements can be energized for any desired time. Furthermore, since this electric range has multiple heating elements, a function to prevent forgetting to turn it off activates, and if one or more heating elements have already been de-energized, the danger and complexity of use can be reduced. In order to avoid this problem, the key switch is not accepted and the forgetting prevention function cannot be canceled. In the above state, if the key switch is accepted and the forget-to-turn-off prevention function is canceled, (i) all heating elements are returned to the energized state, (ii) only the remaining heating elements for which the forget-to-turn-off prevention function is not yet activated can be set for an arbitrary period of time. Can be energized,
It is necessary to perform one of these actions. In the case of (i), there is a risk that the heating element, which is not intended by the user, may return to the energized state. In the case of (ii), the user is unable to distinguish between the heating element for which the forget-to-disconnect prevention function is already activated and the heating element for which the forget-to-disconnect function has been canceled, making use complicated. For this reason, this electric range, which is operated with a single key switch, is dangerous and
In order to eliminate complexity, the key switch is accepted before the power is turned on, and after the power is turned on until the forget-to-turn-off prevention function is activated, and the forget-to-turn-off prevention function can be set and canceled.
After that, key switches will not be accepted, making it safe and easy to operate.

The forget-to-turn-off prevention function can be set and canceled using the key switch as described above, but it is preferable to set it when the power is turned on because it is safer.

FIG. 1 shows the configuration of a control device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
It consists of a microcomputer 1 and peripheral circuits. The microcomputer shown here is
It is a so-called one-chip microcomputer consisting of a CPU, ROM, RAM, input/output ports, etc. When the AC power supply 3 is turned on by the main switch 2, a DC power supply is generated by the power supply circuit 24, and the microcomputer 1 starts operating. The variable resistor 4 and the resistor 5 are connected in series to a DC power source to constitute energization ratio setting means A6. The potential at the connection point between the variable resistor 4 and the resistor 5 is the energization ratio setting value,
Microcomputer 1 via A/D converter 7
is connected to the input port of As a result, the energization ratio setting value from the energization ratio setting means A6 is converted into a binary code and read into the microcomputer 1. Similarly, the energization ratio setting means B10 consisting of the variable resistor 8 and the resistor 9 also inputs the energization ratio setting value to the microcomputer 1 via the A/D converter 11.
Enter. An input is input to the microcomputer 1 to determine whether the key switch 12 has also been pressed. The display light emitting diode 19 is connected to the output port of the microcomputer 1, and is turned "on" and "off" by the output signal. Furthermore, a three-terminal bidirectional thyristor A13 and a heating element A14 are connected to the AC power source 3 via the main switch 2, and a transistor A is connected to the three-terminal bidirectional thyristor A13.
The configuration is such that a gate current flows from a DC power supply through 15. The transistor A15 is driven by the energization control signal from the output port of the microcomputer 1, causing a gate current to flow and the three-terminal bidirectional thyristor A13 to conduct. Similarly, a three-terminal bidirectional thyristor B16 and a heating element B17 are connected to the AC power source 3, and a gate current is applied to the three-terminal bidirectional thyristor B16 from the DC power source through a transistor B18.

First, when the main switch 2 is turned on, the program starts and the forget-to-turn-off prevention function is automatically set in steps. The light emitting diode 19 is turned on to display a function to prevent forgetting to turn off the power, which indicates that each heating element 14, 17 is energized for a predetermined period of time or longer and is automatically de-energized. If the timer flag is set in the next step, the key switch 12 is used to alternately set and release the forget-to-turn-off prevention function.
If the timer flag is not set and the key switch 12 is not pressed in a step, the process does not proceed to the next step; if it is pressed, the process moves to the step. If the forget-to-disconnect prevention function is set in the step, the forget-to-disconnect prevention function is canceled in the step, and the light-emitting diode 19 that displays the forget-to-disconnect prevention function is turned off; Set the forget-to-disconnect prevention function and turn on the light-emitting diode 19 that displays the forget-to-disconnect function. Next, heating element A
14, it is determined whether the timer flag A is set in the same way as in step 14, and if it is not set, it is determined in step 1 whether or not the setting value A is present in the energization ratio setting means A6. If the set value A is not zero, the process moves to a step where the heating element A14 is energized at a energization ratio corresponding to the set value A. In the step, it is determined whether the disconnection prevention function is set, and if it is set, the energization time tA is counted in the step. In the next step, tA is compared with a predetermined set value tO , and if tAtO , the process moves on to the next heating element B17. If the set value A is zero in the step, the process moves to the step, the energization of the heating element A14 is stopped, and the current energization time tA is cleared in the step. Clear tA in the step that determines that the forget-to-cut prevention function has been released. In each step, the energizing time t A and the predetermined setting time t O
When tA > tO , timer flag A is set in step. Once the timer flag A is set, the key switch 12 is not accepted in step and the power supply to the heating element A 14 is stopped through the steps after step.
