Abstract

PURPOSE:To produce hand having high added value by applying a dry film resist to the side reverse to the pipe side formed on a metallic hoop, applying a peeling-type synthetic resin to the pipe side, forming a picture, and then carrying out one-side etching. CONSTITUTION:Pipes 2 are formed at the prescribed pitch on a metallic hoop 1 by means of press working. A dry film resist 4 is applied to a plane side 3 reverse to the pipe 2 side and a peeling-type synthetic resin agent 6 is applied to the pipe 5 side to carry out masking. A photomask is applied to the above from the plane side 3 to carry out exposure and development, by which the pictures of a pattern 7 and the external shape 8 of hand are formed. Further, one-side etching is exerted from the direction of the plane side 3. Since the blanked hand is held by the peeling-type synthetic resin agent 6, the falling of the hand can be prevented. Subsequently, the dry film resist 4 and the peeling- type synthetic resin 6 are peeled off. By this method, various kinds of patterns hands can be produced with advanced delivery date.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing watch hands for use in analog display watches by press working and photo etching. Since it is not completely masked, it has the disadvantage of being corroded by etching, so by using a peel-off type synthetic resin agent as a new masking for the masking part, it is possible to prevent corrosion due to etching and also to remove the outline of the needle by etching. This prevents it from falling off during processing.

The conventional manufacturing method for watch hands is mainly by pressing, but the press-based processing method requires a lot of time to make the mold, making the mold expensive, and the shape There were also drawbacks such as restrictions on pattern formation and the inability to respond to diversification of designs.
The needles are manufactured using press processing and photo-etching. An example of the conventional method is shown in FIG.
Shown in l~(d). First, attach Hakama 2 to the metal strip l.
After forming by press working (FIG. 2(a)), dry film resist 4 is applied to both sides of the strip material 1, as shown in FIG. 2(b).
1), an image of the pattern 7 and the outline 8 of the needle as shown in FIG. 2(e) is formed by exposure and development, and then the pattern 7 is formed by etching as shown in FIG. The outer shape 8 is cut out and the dry film resist 4 is peeled off to manufacture clock hands.

Other embodiments of the conventional method are shown in FIGS. 3(a) to 3(d). First, as shown in Fig. 3(a), a photoresist 14 is applied to a metal strip 1, and by exposure and development, an image of the center hole 12 and outer shape 8 of the needle as shown in Fig. 3-) is formed. Then, as shown in Figure 3(d), the center hole 12 and outer shape 8 of the needle are removed by etching to form the shape shown in Figure 3(d), and then the center hole 12 of the needle is etched. This is a method of press-fitting a vibrator to form a hook 2, and a method of removing the outer shape of a needle is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 62-5303.

In addition, in order to avoid corrosion of the hakama 2 part during the etching process, a Suzuki center hole is formed during the etching process,
In the method of forming a hook by press-fitting a pipe, there are functional problems due to variations in the cross-sectional shape and dimensional accuracy of the central hole of the needle.

Furthermore, during etching to remove the outer shape of the needle, a bridge 13 is provided on a portion of the needle as shown in FIG. 5 to prevent the needle from falling off, but cutting the bridge 13 after etching is very time-consuming. Therefore, it takes a lot of time to manufacture the needle, which has the disadvantage of increasing the cost of the needle.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a three-dimensional hakama part formed by press working on a metal band material,
In order to prevent the wing part from being corroded during later etching, first apply a dry film resist to the flat side opposite to the hakama side, and then apply a peel-off type synthetic resin agent to the hakama part and the hakama side to completely mask it. After this, a photomask is used on the flat side coated with dry film, and an image of the needle's outline and pattern is formed by exposure and development, and the needle is processed by single-sided etching. By improving the masking method for the three-dimensional shape, which is a three-dimensional shape, the masking method has been improved, and the shape and pattern, which are restricted in press processing, can be formed by press processing, and the masking method that poses a problem in terms of dimensional accuracy with photo-etching has been improved. By incorporating multi-processing, it is possible to respond to the diversification of designs, making it possible to manufacture a wide variety of needles with high added value.

As mentioned above, by applying a peel-off type synthetic resin agent to a level higher than the height of the 3D shape formed by press working on the metal band material, it is possible to remove the outer shape of the needle by etching. Since it is possible to prevent the etching solution from adhering to the hook part, the shape of the hook and blades is maintained.Furthermore, by using the synthetic resin agent of Hakritaibu as a support to prevent the needle from falling off, the needle can be etched using conventional photo-etching methods. The bridge that was applied in the manufacturing method to prevent the needle from falling off can be removed, eliminating the large amount of work involved in cutting the bridge, making it possible to manufacture high-value-added gauges with high quality, and making it easier and shorter to manufacture the needle. It can be manufactured on time.

In order to manufacture needles by photo-etching a metal strip material formed into a hakama by press processing and cutting out the outline, a Bs strip material 1 with a thickness of 0.1 mm and a width of 40 m was press-formed. Hakama 2 for every 3.65fi pitch
After forming (Fig. 1 (a)), apply an alkaline development type dry film resist 4 (specially manufactured by Nippon Gosei Kagaku Kogyo) on the opposite flat side 3 of the two hakamas (Fig. 1 (a)).
) After that, as shown in FIG. 1, a peel-off type synthetic resin agent 6 (manufactured by Rinrei) applied in the present invention is applied to the three-dimensional Hakama side 5 to a thickness of 0.15- or more for the Hakama height. After masking, a photomask is applied from the flat side 3, exposed and developed to form an image of the pattern 7 and the outline 8 of the needle as shown in Fig. 1 1d).
Single-sided etching was performed for 7 minutes and 00 seconds from the direction of , resulting in the shape shown in FIG. 1(e). FIG. 6 is a perspective view at this time, and the needle whose outline has been cut out is held in a peeler-type synthetic resin agent 6, and the needle does not fall off.Next, the dry film resist 4 and the peeler-type composite When the resin agent 6 was peeled off, patterned needles as shown in FIG. 7 1a) were obtained.

As explained above, in the method for manufacturing watch hands, the present invention involves forming the hakama, which poses a problem in terms of dimensional accuracy in photoetching, by press processing, and then removing the three-dimensional hakama part and the wing part afterwards. In order to prevent corrosion during the etching process to form the pattern and cut out the outline of the needle, we have incorporated a process in which a peeler-type synthetic resin agent is applied to the hook side of the band material to a level higher than the hook height, so that the hook portion and It can prevent corrosion of the blade part,
Furthermore, the cut-out needle can be held using a peel-off type synthetic resin, making it possible to perform a combined process of press processing and photo-etching, making it possible to produce a wide variety of needles with higher added value compared to the traditional press-based needle manufacturing method. , which has the advantage of being able to be manufactured in a short delivery time.
