Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、工作機の前面において、平板状の反転主台を上方部
一面のみを開放し、下方部を密閉した本体フレームの上
方部で、該工作機のY軸の回りに180°割出し反転し
、工作機による未加工ワークの加工中に、該反転主台の
上方に来た面上にジグパレットを挿着し、該ジグパレッ
トに未加工ワークを外段取でセットし、反転主台を反転
して次に上方に来た面上に、前記工作機で加工済みの既
加工ワークをセットしたジグパレットを工作機とのクラ
ンプを解除し、工作機と本体フレーム間の出入通路を介
して挿着し、再度反転主台を180°反転し、上方に来
た前記未加工ワークをセットしたジグパレットを該出入
通路を介して工作機にクランプし、工作機により加工を
すると共に、反転主台の下方に来た既加工ワークをセッ
トしたジグパレットを本体フレーム内で洗浄し、更に反
転主台を180°反転し、上方に来た既加工ワークを取
外し、新規な未加工ワークを同様にセットすることを特
徴とするワーク、ジグ類の高速交換清浄化方法。 2、正三角柱状反転主台を工作機のY軸の回りに120
°割出し反転することを特徴とする請求項1記載のワー
ク、ジグ類高速交換清浄化方法。 3、工作機の前面にジグパレットよりやや大きく、上方
部一面のみを開放した密閉状本体フレームを設備し、該
本体フレームの前後面上方部に平板状反転主台を工作機
のY軸の回りに回動自在に軸支し、該反転主台の表裏両
面にジグパレットの底ピットと噛合するガイドレールと
、両側面にジグパレットの平面基準台座に成形した基底
部を案内する複数のガイドローラーとを設け、工作機の
テーブルと本体フレームとの間に前記反転主台のガイド
ローラーと高さと幅が等しいガイドローラーを回動自在
に軸支した出入通路を設け、該反転主台を本体フレーム
内に反転させる回動部と180°割出し停止させる制御
部とを設備し、本体フレーム内下部に洗浄装置を設備し
、工作機からクランプ装置を解除し、反転主台の上面部
に引出して固定し、180°反転して反転主台の下面部
に来たジグパレットと共に既加工ワークを洗浄すること
を特徴とするワーク、ジグ類の高速交換清浄化装置。 4、本体フレームの前後面上方部に正三角柱状反転主台
を工作機のY軸の回りに回動自在に軸支し、該反転主台
の三面にジグパレットの底ピットと噛合するガイドレー
ルと、該正三角柱の各稜の切欠部にジグパレットの平面
基準台座角部を案内する複数のV形溝を有するガイドロ
ーラーとを設け、工作機のテーブルと本体フレームとの
間の出入通路を上面に来た該V形ガイドローラーと高さ
と幅が等しいガイドローラーで構成し、120°割出し
停止させる制御部を設備したことを特徴とする請求項3
記載のワーク、ジグ類の高速交換清浄化装置。 5、工作機テーブル上にクランプ基台を付設し、該クラ
ンプ基台の中央部に複数の油圧シリンダーを埋設し、該
シリンダーのピストンロッド先端にリフターを固定し、
該リフターの両側に、該リフターを油圧シリンダーを上
昇させたとき、出入通路からのジグパレットの底ピット
に嵌入可能なガイドローラーを回動自在に軸支し、該ク
ランプ基台に位置決めガイドピンを突設し、該ジグパレ
ットの下面に位置決めピン穴を穿設し、該シリンダーに
よりリフターを下降したとき、位置決めピン穴にガイド
ピンが挿嵌し、ジグパレットの平面基準台座がクランプ
基台上に設けた平面基準台座面に載置し、リフターによ
りジグパレットをクランプし、ジグパレットの正確かつ
迅速な位置決めが可能なクランプ装置としたことを特徴
とする請求項3又は4記載のワーク、ジグ類の高速交換
清浄化装置。 6、本体フレームの反転主台下面部に来たジグパレット
の下方部に洗浄剤ブラストガンを設け、本体フレーム下
部に屑受けフィルターを挿抜自在に設備し、本体フレー
ムの屑受けフィルター下部を洗浄剤溜めとし、本体フレ
ームの外部に洗浄剤貯槽を設け、該洗浄剤溜めと循環パ
イプにより連結し、該洗浄剤貯槽と前記洗浄剤ブラスト
ガンとを高圧ポンプを介して循環パイプで連結し、該洗
浄剤ブラストガンより洗浄剤を吹き付ける洗浄装置とし
たことを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載のワーク、ジグ
類の高速交換清浄化装置。 7、洗浄装置に超音波振動を利用することを特徴とする
請求項3又は4記載のワーク、ジグ類の高速交換清浄化
装置。
