Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance durability and reliability for resistance to fire and carry out plasticizing as an integral panel by bonding a foamed aluminum material and a strength component. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum alloy plate 30 is disposed on one surface of a foamed aluminum plate 10 through a brazing sheet 20, and an aluminum alloy mold material 31 is disposed on the other surface through a brazing sheet 21. A material combined in said manner is fed into a vacuum heating oven in said state and vacuum heated therein. Brazing is carried out by the action of brazing sheets 20 and 21 in said arrangement to form an integral panel. As the panel is brazed, the same is of superior strength properties, durability and resistance to fire and also of bending properties and press processing properties.
