ストッパ一部材をセットし直せばよく、シかも本治具の
チャック本体に対する挿脱は、三ツ爪を開口させてその
軸方向穴より引き出し、または嵌挿するだけでよく、従
来のように三つの生爪に段差加工を施してこれをその都
度取り換え(ボルト止め)るという煩雑な作業を要しな
いものであるから、工作作業をきわめて高能率的にして
、かつ低コスト的に行なうことができる。

心軸方向穴を介してその穴よりの突出長さが調節可能と
して定着され、かつその突出端面で把持加工される工作
物を衝止するストッパー部材とから成る構成を特徴とす
る三ッ爪チャック用ストッパー治具。
