Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a resin sandwich type metallic sheet provided with a weldable part according to a manufacturing member, by a method wherein resin supply paths are divided into the central part and both end parts in the direction of a width of a resin table and conductive-filler-filled resin and conductive-filler- nonfilled resin are supplied selectively. CONSTITUTION:A tank 1 is filled with conductive-filler-filled resin 2, a separate tank 1a is filled with conductive-filler-nonfilled resin 2a and the filler-filled resin 2 is supplied to both end parts of a table 3 from a resin supply part 4 arranged on both end parts in the direction of width of a resin table 3 through a pump 5, valve 6 and nozzle 7. On the one hand, the filler-nonfilled resin 2a is supplied to the central part of the table 3 from a resin supply path 4a arranged on the central part in the direction of a width of the resin table 3 through a pump 5a, valve 6a and nozzle 7a. The resin 2, 2a supplied to the table 3 are applied to a steel sheet 10 through an intermediate roll 8 and application roll 9 and the filler-filled resin 2 and filler-nonfilled resin 2a are applied respectively to both end parts of the steel sheet 10 and the central part.

In such a case, the conductive filler-added resin may be placed at both ends in the rolling direction of the steel sheet, and the filler-free resin may be placed at the center. That is, if a filler-added resin is placed in a portion that is not to be welded, it is disadvantageous because the adhesion between the metal and the resin and vibration damping properties are slightly inferior to those of a filler-free resin. Also, you are wasting filler.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The gist of the present invention is to divide the resin supply path into a center portion and both end portions in the width direction of the resin table, and to divide the resin supply path into a conductive filler-added resin and a conductive filler-free resin. A resin coating method for a resin sandwich type metal pressure plate is provided.

That is, in the present invention, as described above, the resin supply paths are divided into the central part and both ends in the width direction of the resin table, and these supply paths are selectively applied to one metal plate from the chiffle through the rolls. One side is coated with resin, and then the other metal plate is placed on the resin surface and pressure bonded to form a resin sandwich type metal plate.

For example, when imparting weldability to only the top and bottom of a container-shaped part, conductive filler-added resin is supplied to both ends of the resin table, and filler-free resin is supplied to the center. However, it is applied to the surface of one metal plate via a roll, and when applying weldability only to the center of the steel plate in the width direction, such as when connecting parts, the resin with conductive filler is supplied to the center. However, filler-free resin is supplied to both ends and applied to the surface of the metal plate, and then the other metal plate is placed on the resin surface and crimped to form a resin sandwich type metal plate.

Furthermore, when imparting weldability to the entire surface, conductive filler-added resin is supplied to both the center and both ends.

In addition, if resin is applied to both ends of the steel plate, some of the resin may flow out from both ends during transportation or storage and adhere to the surface edges of the product, impairing quality. Place an edge knife at both ends of the roll, etc., remove the resin at both ends, and cut the steel plate at both ends.
It is preferable to leave it unpainted.

The resins 2 and 2a supplied to the chifur 3 are applied to a steel plate (strip) 10 via an intermediate roll 8 and a coating roll 9,
A filler-added resin 2 is applied to both ends of a steel plate IO, and a filler-free resin 2a is applied to the center. The amount of coating is adjusted by adjusting the distance between the intermediate roll 8 and the coating roll 9. In the figure, 11 is a separator for separating the resins 2 and 2a, and 12 is an edge knife for leaving both ends of the steel plate IO unpainted (resin).

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, the application positions of the conductive filler-added resin and the additive-free resin can be arbitrarily changed in the width direction of the steel sheet, and a resin sandwich-type metal sheet having weldable parts according to the manufactured parts can be obtained. This improves the adhesion between the metal plate and the resin and improves workability.
