[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention is directed to adhesively fixing molded products such as resin molded products and metal molded products, particularly film-like molded products, to curved surfaces etc. stably for a long period of time. Regarding fixing members that can be used. [Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention] A fixing member having an adhesive layer on both sides is used to attach resin exterior materials (molded products) such as emblems to curved surfaces of automobiles, motorcycles, etc.
There is a known method of forcibly following the pattern and fixing it with adhesive. Regarding the fixing member, the group to which the present inventors belong first developed a polyolefin foam with an apparent density of 0.05 to 0.8 g/cm2 and a 25% compression hardness of 0.5 to 1.7 kg/cm2. A method in which an adhesive layer is supported has been proposed (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10671/1983). However, in response to changes in fashion and required functions, for example, the resin exterior material to be fixed changes from a flat plate with a list of letters to a discrete font that displays each character. A problem has arisen in that the bonding area is reduced and conventional fixing members cannot perform a satisfactory fixing process.

In order to overcome this problem, the present inventors also attempted to use an adhesive with greater adhesive strength, but no satisfactory results were obtained. Another problem is that when exterior materials are fixed and viewed from the side, it is unsightly if the fixing members are clearly visible. From this point of view, in order to make the fixing member thinner, attempts were made to fix it using nonwoven fabric or plastic film that supported the adhesive layer, but the adhesive layer could not be sufficiently expanded and a sufficient fixing process could not be achieved. .. (Means for Solving the Problems) From the above viewpoint, the present inventors have conducted various studies and found that the objective can be achieved by an adhesive fixing member having a specific shear deformation rate or compressive hardness. This led to the completion of the present invention. That is, the present invention provides the following (1)

(2) Both sides of the foam sheet have a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side for adhering the molded article, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side for adhering the molded article to the adherend. It is an adhesive fixing member made of an adhesive member, and when the adhesive fixing member is compressed by 1%, 0. 0 7 An adhesive fixing member characterized by exhibiting a compressive hardness of 5 kg/cm2 or less. In the present invention, the molded article is an object to be adhered to an adherend, and there are no particular restrictions on its shape, material, etc. The molded article preferably has sufficient flexibility to follow the adherend, and therefore is usually plate-shaped or film-shaped. Examples of the material include resins (eg, ABS, chrome-plated ABS, acrylic resins, etc.), metals (eg, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, etc.), and the like. In the present invention, the shape and material of the adherend are not particularly limited,
Examples of the material include resin (eg, acrylic resin, ABS, etc.), metal (eg, iron, stainless steel, aluminum, coated materials of these, etc.), and the like. More specifically, examples include the curved surface of a car body, the exterior surface of home appliances (air conditioners, televisions, video cameras), etc. The adhesive fixing member of the present invention has an elastic deformability that exhibits a shear deformation rate of 1.9% or more, preferably 2.2% or more, more preferably 25% or more when a shear stress of 0.32 kg/cm is applied. It is something that you have. Shear deformation amount months. If it is less than 9%, the ability to follow the subject is poor, making it difficult to secure a sufficient adhesion area, and therefore the reliability of adhesion is low.

This shows the compressive hardness of d. Compression hardness is 0. 0
If it exceeds 75 kg/c-, the adhesion reliability is low because it is difficult to secure an adhesion area because the ability to follow the object is poor. The foam sheet used in the present invention has a thickness of O. 1~0.

/cd, elongation of 100 to 1000%, preferably 700%, and has elastic deformability. The foam sheet used in the present invention preferably has properties such as cold resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, vibration resistance, and impact resistance required for fixing members. Examples of foamed sheets having the above characteristics include polyolefin foamed sheets made of polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-propylene copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., and rubber-based foamed sheets made of acrylic rubber and other elastomers. etc. Alternatively, it may be cross-linked by electron beam irradiation or the like to improve thermal dimensional stability. In particular, polyolefin foam sheets are preferably used because they have excellent cold impact resistance. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but preferably an acrylic polymer can be used.

Good adhesion of the fixing member to irregularities on resin or metal molded objects, especially curved surfaces of car bodies, etc. can be obtained, and a large effective adhesive area can be formed with small pressure force. Even if there is variation in the pressure bonding force or unevenness due to molding distortion of the molded product, by obtaining such a large effective bonding area, a good bonding state can be maintained and guaranteed for a long period of time.
