本考案は俗称キヤブオーバータイプと呼ばれる
型の車種のように、エンジン上に座席を設けたも
のにあつて、衝突時の前後慣性荷重に対して容易
に座席付エンジンカバーの固定装置が外れないよ

エンジンカバー上に座席が設けられている場

られているクランプ5で固定している例が多い。
ところが従来、このような固定構造において、座
席6に衝撃が加つた場合にクランプ5のリング7
がフツク4から外れてしまうケースがみられ、安

造のフツク金具について更に検討を加えた結果、
図にもみられるような二段に内側へ巻込み曲折
し、かつフツク金具基部内側に起立片を形成する
ことによつて、その目的を達成することができた
のである。すなわち、フツク金具には一段曲折部
9に加えて更に二段曲折部10を加えたのであ
る。このような形状に加えて更にフツク金具4の
基部には起立片11を設けると効果的である。起
