Conventionally, the above-mentioned molded products have generally been transported in containers with hard and strong outer walls, such as drums, to prevent them from being destroyed by external pressure or vibrations during transport. . However, when such a container is used, when the container is reused, it is necessary to transport an empty container whose weight is not much different from the one filled with the molded product to the place where the molded product is filled, which is inconvenient for transportation. However, it also has various drawbacks, such as requiring a large space for storage.

In order to achieve the above object, this invention has an opening for filling the molded material at the top and a molded material discharge port at the bottom, and the opening is opened and closed at the periphery of the opening and is hooked to a hook of a crane or the like. The outer bag has a flexible outer bag with a hanging string, and a breakable and flexible inner bag with a molded material filling opening at the top. A reinforcing plate is arranged over all sides, and is held in the outer bag above the reinforcing plate by a holding piece to prevent the upper part of the outer bag from narrowing when the outer bag is suspended via a hanging string. It is characterized by the placement of a reinforcing ring.

FIG. 1 shows a transport bag 1 before being filled with molded materials, with A being a longitudinal sectional front view, B being a plan view, and C being a bottom view. The bag 1 has a double structure including a flexible cylindrical outer bag 2 made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene and having relatively high tensile strength, and an inner bag 3 made of vinyl into which the molded product P is directly filled. There is. The outer bag 2 is provided with an opening 4 for filling the molded material at the top and a molded material discharge port 5 at the bottom. When the opening 4 is opened, it opens by approximately the same diameter as the outer diameter of the outer bag 2, and is closed by tightening a hanging string 6 inserted through a bag section provided at the periphery of the opening 4. . Further, the discharge port 5 is formed into a small diameter cylindrical portion that allows the molded product P to be discharged, and is folded inside the outer bag 2 before being discharged. A reinforcing cardboard board 7 is placed on the inner circumferential surface of the outer bag 2 at an outer position of the inner bag 3, covering almost the entire height and side of the inner bag 3, so that the molded product P filled in the inner bag 3 is protected from the outside of the outer bag 2. It is designed to prevent pressure from being transmitted. The cardboard board 7 may be formed in advance into a cylindrical shape to match the inner circumference of the outer bag 2, or it may be a rectangular board with creases so that it can be easily formed into a cylindrical shape. It goes without saying that other materials than the cardboard board 7, such as a synthetic resin board, may be used as long as they can be reinforced. Inside the outer bag 2, a reinforcing ring 8 in the shape of a round bar is disposed above the cardboard board 7 and is held by a lining piece 9 whose upper and lower edges are fixed to the inner surface of the outer bag 2 to form a holding bag. When the outer bag 2 is suspended via the ring 6, the ring 8 can prevent the upper part of the outer bag 2 from shrinking. It is preferable that the reinforcing ring 7 is made of iron or a material having similar strength.

In order to fill the bag 1 configured as described above with the molded product P, the bag 1 is placed on a filling table (not shown), the opening 4 of the outer bag 2 is opened, and the inner bag is filled through the opened opening 4. The filling port 11 of the bag 3 is exposed to the outside, and the molded product P is filled into the inner bag 3 through the filling port 11. When the inner bag 3 is filled with the molded product P, the molded product P presses the cardboard board 7 outward through the inner bag 3, thereby also tensioning the peripheral wall of the outer bag 2. When the bag is full, the filling port 11 of the inner bag 3 is closed with a string or the like, and the hanging string 6 is tightened to close the opening 4 of the outer bag 2 for transportation. When transporting, hook the hook 12 of a crane or the like onto the hanging cord 6 as shown in Figure 2.
The bag 1 is transported to a predetermined position in a suspended state, or the bag 1 suspended in this way is loaded onto a truck or the like and transported to a predetermined location. In the former case, when the bag 1 is suspended, Outer bag 2
Since the upper part of the bag 1 does not shrink due to the reinforcing ring 7, the bag 1 can maintain its original packaging shape even though it is flexible, and no external pressure is applied to the molded product P. Even if external pressure is applied to the bag 1 due to vibrations during transportation, the cardboard board 7 suppresses this and the molded product P is not destroyed.

On the other hand, in order to discharge the filled molded product P, after suspending the bag 1 and positioning it at the discharge location as described above, pull out the folded cylindrical discharge port 5 of the outer bag 2 downwards. The bottom wall of the inner bag 3 facing the discharge port 5 is broken with a cutter or the like. As a result, the molded product P filled in the inner bag 3 is transferred from the broken part to the outer bag 2.
It falls downward through the discharge port 5 and is discharged. After the bag 1 from which all the molded products P have been discharged is removed from the hook 12, it is folded into an appropriate shape and transported to a filling place for reuse, but at this time the inner bag 3 is thrown away.

In the above embodiment, the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3 are made of synthetic resin, but they may be made of other materials as long as they are flexible.

Since this device has the above-mentioned configuration, when the inner bag is filled with molded products and then suspended and transported by a crane or the like via a hanging string at the periphery of the top opening of the outer bag, the hanging force is reduced. The reinforcing ring that receives this via the holding piece prevents the upper part of the outer bag from shrinking, and the shape of the reinforcing ring can be maintained as it is. External pressure is not applied directly to the filled molded product. In addition, even if external pressure is applied to the side wall of the outer bag due to vibration during transportation when it is transported other than by hanging, the reinforcing plate suppresses this pressure and applies pressure directly to the molded product. Since the transmission can be prevented, destruction of the molded product can be reliably prevented. Furthermore, since both the outer bag and the inner bag are flexible, they cannot be folded when the molded product is not filled, for example, when the filled molded product is discharged and transported to a filling site for reuse. Moreover, since it is lightweight, it is very convenient to transport. Furthermore, due to the folding, a large amount can be stored in a narrow space when not in use.
