And, such conventional flooring material 3 of pallet 1
Generally, it is conceivable to use a forklift (not shown) or the like to lower the cargo 5 from above a, 3b, and 3c, but for reasons such as the work space and work equipment, for example, the method shown in FIG. Manual methods, such as the one shown in Figure 1, are also used. That is, by lifting one side of the cargo 5 and tilting it, loosening the bolt 4 allows the horizontal bars 2a, 2b, 2
c Remove the outer piece of flooring 3a (not shown) from above, and in this state gently lower one side of the baggage 5 onto the floor (as shown in Figure 9), and then lower the other side of the baggage 5 a little. By lifting and floating the pallet 1 and removing the remaining pallet 1, the cargo 5 was lowered onto the floor. Of course, while tilting the luggage 5,
b, 2c and the flooring materials 3a, 3b, 3c may be removed one by one.

That is, as in the former case, if mechanical equipment such as a forklift is used, the unloading work becomes a large-scale task, and furthermore, there are cases where it is not possible to use a forklift etc. due to problems such as the location of the cargo 5. It was hot. In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, in the method of manually unloading the cargo 5 by removing the flooring materials 3a, 3b, 3c from the horizontal bars 2a, 2b, 2c and tilting the cargo 5, the cargo 5 cannot be unloaded. This method is prone to instability, the work is troublesome and requires a lot of time, and from a safety standpoint, it requires two or more workers.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the pallet according to the present invention has a plurality of horizontal bars arranged parallel to each other on the lower surface of the flooring material, and at least the outer horizontal bars are made of fasteners that are detachable. The pallet body to be connected and fixed is placed on the flooring material of the pallet body facing each other at a predetermined interval in a direction orthogonal to the horizontal beam, and is formed slightly higher than the legs of the cargo to be placed on the flooring material. The pallet is equipped with a pair of support stands that can support the cargo in a floating state, and each of these support stands has an unloading structure with only the lower edge corners of both longitudinal ends of the support stand having sloped flooring on the pallet body side. When the cargo is in contact with the floor surface and flooring material on the unloading side, the center of gravity shifts toward the inside of the cargo at the longitudinal center of each opposing side, so that the cargo falls inward when it comes into contact with the floor surface and flooring material on the unloading side. It has a protrusion like this.

According to the present invention, by simply removing the horizontal crosspiece on one side of the flooring of the pallet body, tilting it, and lowering the load, the support base that supports the load on the pallet body can be moved.
Only the corners of the lower edges of both ends in the longitudinal direction are in contact with the fixed side, and due to the center of gravity position of the protrusion provided at the center part in the longitudinal direction on the inner surface of the support base, it naturally falls inward toward the cargo. As a result, even one person can easily and appropriately unload the cargo.

Here, the height of the horizontal bars 2a, 2b, 2c described above is such that a fork of a forklift can enter the gap between the floor material 10 and the floor surface 13, and the horizontal bars 2a, 2b , 2c are connected and fixed to the flooring material 10 with bolts 4 or the like, with the flooring material 10, which is a single plate, placed thereon. Further, the pair of support stands 12, 12 are formed by cutting out a part of both ends of the rectangular parallelepiped, and the cut portions 12a thereby allow for loading and unloading, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 7. The structure is such that the baggage 5 tends to fall inward when the baggage 5 is moved.

In addition, the height of these support stands 12, 12 is the height of the cargo 5 due to the casters 6 serving as legs on the cargo 5 side.
The height of the caster 6 is set to be much larger than the support height of the caster 6, and the caster 6 is configured to slightly float above the floor material 10 when the bottom of the cargo 5 is supported on the upper part of the caster 6. This will be easily understood from FIGS. 2 and 3.

That is, the bolts 4 fixing the horizontal bar 2a on one side outward are loosened, and the horizontal bar 2a is removed from the underside of the flooring 10 in a sliding manner. Then, in this state, if the luggage 5 is shifted from the center of the flooring 10 to the side where the horizontal bar 2a is removed, the center of gravity of the luggage 5 will shift.
The cargo 5, the support stands 12, 12, and the flooring 10 are tilted at a predetermined angle α with respect to the floor surface 13 on the unloading side, resulting in the state shown in FIG. At this time, the horizontal bar 2c on the other side rises from the floor surface 13, so the removed horizontal bar 2a is inserted under the horizontal bar 2c as shown in the figure to stabilize the pallet 1 in an inclined state. It is a good idea to make it possible to do so. In addition, in such an inclined state, the support stands 12, 12 supporting the luggage 5 maintain their position and the state of supporting the luggage 5 due to friction with the flooring 10, so that the luggage 5 does not slip. It is something.

Then, in the state shown in FIG. 3 as described above, the baggage 5 is slowly pulled in and moved to the front side (left side in the figure), and the caster 6 on the front end side of the baggage 5 is moved.
At the same time as it touches the floor 13, the baggage 5 is pulled down with a little more force. In this way,
The support stands 12, 12 supporting the cargo 5 are the fourth
Furthermore, as is clear from FIGS. 5 to 7, the moment the flooring material 10 slips down, it becomes unstable due to the notches at both ends, and the cargo 5 moves inward. It will fall down naturally. This is because, as is clear from FIGS. 4 to 7, when the inclination angle of the floor material 10 with respect to the floor surface 13 is α during unloading, the front end side caster 6 is placed above the floor surface 13. In this case, the cargo 5 whose rear end side casters 6 are straddling the flooring 10 is loaded.
The inclination angle that the bottom of the support base 12 makes with the floor surface 13 is β (<α), while only the corner portions 12b, 12b of the lower edges of both longitudinal ends of the support stands 12, 12 are connected to the floor surface 13.
3 and the floor material 10, the inclination angle γ (β
<γ<α), and at this time, a gap is formed between the upper surface side of the support stands 12, 12 and the bottom of the cargo 5, and a seventh A gap S shown with diagonal lines in the figure is generated, and in particular, the protrusions 12c, 12c that shift the center of gravity are in a floating state, and as a result, the support stands 12, 12 cannot stand on their own, and each rotates inward. This can be easily understood from the fact that it becomes easy to move and collapses. After the support stands 12, 12 have fallen inward in this manner, the luggage 5 can be easily lowered onto the floor surface 13 by pulling it out from above the floor material 10.

Therefore, according to the present invention, by simply removing one horizontal crosspiece 2a of the pallet 1, tilting it, and lowering the load 5, the support stands 12, 12 for supporting the load 5 on the pallet 1 can be naturally moved. It can be folded inward, allowing one person to unload the load easily and safely.

Here, the above-mentioned supporting stands 12, 12 are provided with protrusions 12c, 12c which shift the center of gravity toward the center by forming a notch on one side of both ends in the longitudinal direction.
Although the case where the notches 12a, 1 are formed is shown, the notches 12a, 1
The depth of cut 2a and the shape of the protrusions 12c, 12c,
The size etc. are appropriately selected depending on the size of the support base 12, the load 5, the inclination angle of the flooring 10 etc. on the pallet 1 when unloading, etc. The point is that when unloading, it is arranged at an angle between the flooring 10 and the cargo 5, has a rotational habit due to the gap formed on the lower side, and collapses inward toward the cargo depending on the center of gravity. It suffices if it is formed to have the same size, shape, etc.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the structure of the embodiment described above, and the shape, structure, etc. of each part may be modified and changed as appropriate. For example, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the case where the luggage 5 is equipped with casters 6 has been explained, but the present invention is not limited to this, and even various luggage without casters can be easily and safely used than before. It is easy to understand that the cargo can be unloaded at any time.

As explained above, the pallet according to the present invention includes a pallet main body formed by arranging a plurality of horizontal bars parallel to each other on the lower surface of the flooring material and connecting and fixing each one with a removable fastener; The pallet is placed on the floor material of the pallet body facing the horizontal crossbar at a predetermined distance in the direction perpendicular to it, and its height is slightly higher than the cargo legs, so that the cargo is floated. A pair of supporting stands capable of supporting the pallet are provided, and only the corners of the lower edges of both ends in the longitudinal direction of each of these supporting stands 12, 12 are on the unloading side when the floor material on the pallet main body side is inclined. In order to cause the bag to fall inward when in contact with the floor and flooring, a protrusion is provided in the longitudinal center of each opposing side surface so that the center of gravity is biased inward of the bag.
Since the support is provided by a notch formed on the inside surface of both ends in the longitudinal direction, the structure is simple and inexpensive. This has great practical effects, such as the fact that the support base that supports the load naturally collapses inward, allowing one person to easily and safely unload the load without using a forklift or the like.
