軽比重材料又は中空体等から成る有色棒状の浮子
11を摺動自在に内挿して成り、該浮子11は、
上端側外周に上記係合突起9,10部の内径より
僅かに大径と成る環状突起12を形成し、下端側
はタンク2内の水中に延びて浮遊し、この浮遊範
