２図に示すような略Ｌ字状の立壁となるリテーナ
６が取付けられている。リテーナ６はその水平壁
６ａをフロアカーペツトの開口部４を側部５の裏
面に重合し、タツカ止め、ミシン縫いあるいは全
面接着によつて結合する。このリテーナ６は、第
３図に示すように、フロアパネル２のトンネル部
３の上面に、このようなリテーナ６を結合したフ
ロアカーペツト１を敷設固定し、さらにその上に
コンソールボツクス７を装着したときに、コンソ
ールボツクス７の両側壁内面７ａにリテーナ６の
