<Prior art> Conventionally, in the case of beds for patients, various devices and equipment have been attached to the bed body to reduce the labor of the user and the nurse, and to maintain a comfortable eye. . For example, the cushion part can be tilted to keep the eye safe, tea utensils have a shelf for storing fruits, etc., or a lectern is installed so that you can read magazines etc. while lying down. Things are being devised. However, although all of these systems are designed to help the user maintain a comfortable eye and reduce the amount of effort required, they are designed with only the role of the bed itself in mind, so they can reduce the amount of effort required by the user. Naturally, there were limits to the range. In particular, if the user is a patient with a disability in both legs or a physically disabled person, the user may need to prepare a wheelchair for transportation or seek help from a nurse when defecating or bathing, which may result in the user's physical disability. The mental pain and labor required by the nurses was extremely great. In addition, preparing a separate wheelchair or installing a bathtub or toilet indoors is not only expensive but also unreasonable in terms of indoor space, and is difficult to implement.

<Structure of the Invention> In order to achieve the above object, in the present invention, the support frame and cushion member of the bed main body are separated at the center, and the bed main body is made separable at the separated part so as to be freely assembled and disassembled. A pair of struts are extended upward on both sides of the divided ends of the foot-side half of the bed body, and a backrest can be detachably attached to the struts. Furthermore, casters for running and large wheels that can be rotated manually are attached to the support frame of the foot-side half of the bed body, so that the half can be used as a wheelchair.

A caster 24 is attached to the lower end of each support column 20, 14, 22 of the support frame 12, so that the entire bed body 10 can be moved as required. Further, a large wheel 28 is pivotally supported on the center beam 26 on the half B side of the support frame 12, and this plays a role as a driving wheel when the half B functions as a wheelchair in a manner described later. The beam 26 has a base plate 29
A cushion member 30 and a mat 32 are placed and supported via the cushion member 30 and the mat 32 (see FIG. 2).
32 is also separable together with the support frame 12. In addition, numeral 34 in the figure indicates a pillow.

The center column 12 on the half A side of the bed body 10 extends upward, and has an adjustment rod 36 at its upper end.
A book stand 38 for placing books, a television, etc. is connected via the. The book stand 38 can be moved to a position where books and the like can be easily viewed by operating the adjustment rod 36, and can be removed from the support 12 together with the adjustment rod 36. A pulley 40 is pivotally supported at the upper end of the head side support 20 of the other half A, and the pulley 40 supports the base plate 2 as shown in FIG.
By winding up the string 42 attached to the cushion member 9, the head sides of the cushion member 30 and the mat 32 can be tilted upward. By inclining the cushion member 30 and the like in this manner, it becomes possible to assist the user in achieving a desired posture. still,
The base plate 29, cushion member 30, etc. on the half A side are divided at the center so that they can be easily tilted. Further, since the cushion member 30 and the like are divided into two parts in this manner, ventilation can be improved by adjusting the interval between the divided parts, and bedsores and the like can be prevented on the user.

Next, a case where half A of the bed body 10 is made to function as a bathtub will be explained based on FIG. 3. In addition, this figure shows a state in which the assembly type housing 44 is attached to the lower fixed housing 43 of the half A side support frame 12 after removing the base plate 26, the cushion member 30, and the mat 32. A preformed plastic bag or the like is placed inside 43 and 44 to form a water tank. A faucet 46 is attached to the handrail 25 of the support frame 12, and a hose is connected to this inlet to supply hot water and water from an external water heater (not shown). A drain port 48 is provided on the lower side of the support frame 12, and the plastic bag is connected to a separate hose through the drain port 48 to drain water.

Next, a case where the half body B of the bed body 10 functions as a wheelchair and a toilet bowl will be explained. 4th A
Figures 4B and 4B are a side view and a rear view showing a separated state of the half body B as a wheelchair. The central column 16 on the side of half B extends upward and serves as a frame for the backrest. As a backrest, as shown in the figure, a cushion member 3 on the half A side is used.
0 etc. can be attached and used as is, or a backrest may be attached separately. When traveling, the user sits cross-legged on the seat, legs bent sideways, etc., and manually rotates the large wheels 28 that are pivoted on the support frame 12, or the nurse rotates the large wheels 28 that are pivoted on the support frame 12. If the wheelchair is pushed through the upwardly extending portion, the large wheels 28 and casters 24 will rotate, allowing the wheelchair to move forward and backward. As mentioned above, the width of the wheelchair half B is within about 85 cm, so it will not interfere with normal indoor running, such as passing through doors (generally the width is about 90 cm).

5A and 5B are a side view and a front view showing the state in which the toilet bowl 52 disposed in the lower casing 50 of the wheelchair half B is used, and the casing 50 in both figures is removed. It is shown in the same state. The toilet bowl 52 is removably installed below the center of the seat of the wheelchair, and directly above the seat of the wheelchair, that is, the cushion member 30.
An opening/closing portion 54 having a desired size is formed on the mat 32. A shower 56 is detachably attached to the lower surface of the opening/closing portion 54, and is connected to a water supply device 58 attached to the toilet bowl 52 via a hose. When defecating, the user opens the opening/closing part 54, removes the lid of the toilet bowl 52, and defecates in a sitting position. After defecating, the user can wash his buttocks by holding the shower 56 and releasing the washing water. Disposal of waste accumulated in the toilet bowl or replenishment of water to the water supply device 58 can be done by the nurse at the appropriate time.

The bed of the above embodiment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities for the user's movement, bathing, and defecation, making it possible to significantly reduce the labor of the user and the nurse. Further, since there is no need to separately provide the above-mentioned equipment indoors, desirable results can be obtained from the viewpoint of space utilization. Moreover, since the width of the bed is smaller than that of conventional products, it is now possible to install four beds in a place where only three beds could be placed conventionally.

<Effects of the invention> As mentioned above, according to the medical bed according to the present invention,
Even if the user has both feet free,
By separating the bed, it can be used as a wheelchair, thereby reducing the effort of the user or nurse to a minimum. In addition, since the wheelchair is usually integrated with the bed, it does not take up much space and the surrounding space can be used without wasting it.
