Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of snow removing by providing a lift arm, hinged to a front part of a chassis and capable of swinging and rising toward a over-the-cab position, a snow bucket capable of adjusting tilt angles and a snow-compacting gripper operated by a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A lift arm 2, hinged to a front part of a chassis 1 and capable of making upward-and-downward swing motion, is swung by operation of a hydraulic cylinder 21 and erected toward the over-the-cab position P. A snow bucket 3 hinged to the lift arm 2 is made to be capable of adjusting tilt angles. With a cutting edge 32a, provided at the edge of the snow bucket, and a snow- compacting plate 4, operated for opening and shutting by extension and contraction of a cylinder 41, collected snow S is compacted into a snow lump S1 in a cylindrical shape. おいては、如何にショベルローダと薙も自由に方向転換
することは不可能である.そのため、除雪の対象とする
当該道路と直交する交差道路にダンブトラックを待機さ
せておく一方、ショベルローダは除雪対象の道路を直進
して路上の雪を掬い取り、掬い取った雪をパケットに載
せて持ち上げたま\交差点までバックし、待機している
ダンブトラックの荷台にバゲνトの雪を投入するという
方法によって除雪していたのであり、極端な場合には1

cab)の上方から後方に向けて迅速に積込搬出するこ
とができる新式の除雪用ショベルローダを提供する〔課
題解決のために採用した手段〕 本発明者が上記技術的課題を解決するために採用した手
段を、添附図面を参照して説明すれば、次のとおりであ
る. 即ち.本発明が提供する[オーバーへフドス口一式ショ
ベルローダjは、 A.シャーシ1の前部に枢支され、当該シャーシとの間
に介設されたリフトシリンダ21が伸縮動作をするのに
応じキャブ11の上方のキャフオーバー位置Pに向って
起立揺動するリフトアーム2なるF1陽手段; B.このリフトアーム2の自由端部に框支され、当該ア
ーム2との間に介設されたバケットシリンダ3lの伸縮
動作によってリフトアーム2との相対角度および接地角
度が調節されるスノーバケット3なる掬取り手段; C.このスノーバケット3の枢支部近くにヒンジ連結さ
れ2スノーバケット3との間に介設された開閉シリンダ
41の伸縮動作によって開閉される圧雪グリンパ−4な
る雪塊形成手段;ことを技術的課題とするものである. というた手段、および上記技術手段A・B.Cに加え、

32aと淘雪部32bの両側面を囲うサイドプレート3
2c・32cとから構成されている.符号4で指示する
ものは、上記スノーバケット3と同軸に枢軸P2によっ
てリフトアーム2の自由端部に枢支された圧雪グリッパ
ーであり、その上部内面42aは上記パケット3の掬雪
部32bに連続して円筒を形成可能な円筒曲面を成して
おり、またその両側面にはサイドプレート42bを有す
る.この圧雪プレート4は、それ自身のサイドプレート
42bと上記スノーバケットのサイドプレート32cと
の間に連接した開閉シリンダ(油圧シリンダ)41の伸
縮動作によって恰も上顎および下顎を開閉するごとく開
閉し、掬雪部32bに掬い載せた雪Sを円柱状の雪塊S
1に成形することができる.符号5で指示するものは、
上記シャーシ1におけるキ士ブ11後方に立設せる支柱
Pに天秤式に上下播動可能に配設されたu形のチルト・
スノーシューターである.このスノーシューター5は前
記支柱Tとの間に介設したシュートシリンダ51(油圧
シリンダ)の伸長動作によりキ+ブ11のルーフ上に略

ノーシューター5のキャブ側端部は、丁度、リフトアー

・4から円柱形に成形されて転出される雪塊S1を受継
できるのである.受継した雪塊S1はシュートシリンダ

後方へ傾斜動作し、当該ショベルローダCの後方で待機
しているダンプトラックDの荷台に転入積載される. 本実施例装置は概ね上記のように構成されるが、本発明
は前述の実施例に限定されるものでは決してなく、f特
許請求の範囲ノの記載内において種々変形が可能であっ
て、例えばリフトアーム2、スノーバケット3、圧雪プ
レート4、およびスノーシューター5の連接方式につい
ては従来周知の連結機構を採択できることはもとよりの
こと、路面G上の積雪Sを掬い取って雪塊に成形するス
ノーバケット3および圧雪プレート4の具体的な内面形
状も輸送車両への積込上の便宜を考慮して適宜設計変更

の除雪作業上の隘路を根本的に解決し得るのであり、雪
国の道路管理者および除雪業者にとって頗る脊利である
