Abstract

PURPOSE:To freely use both hot water for washing and hot water for rinsing without being worried about the decrease of hot water in a tub for a bathing person by circulating a large quantity of hot water for washing and separating the hot water for washing from that for rinsing in a system. CONSTITUTION:A pump 4 sucks the hot water from a pipe 2 and the hot water is pressurized by an impeller driven by a motor, and exhausted from an exhausting port 4a. A hot water feeding pipe 5 is connected to the exhausting port 4a, passed through the internal part of a pipe-shaped shower post raised in an upper end 1b of a bathtub 1, and connected to a hot water nozzle 8. The hot water is sprinkled from the nozzle 8, hits the body of the bathing person in the bathtub and falls down into the bathtub. A shower nozzle 10 is equipped with a heater 12, which takes in cool water from an water pipe and heats the cool water, and a hot water feeding pipe 13 passing through the internal part of the post 7 and reaching the shower nozzle 10. Thus, since the large quantity of the hot water used as the hot water for washing is circulated and used, the loss of the hot water is extremely reduced. When the person leaves the bathtub 1, the person can make the body clean by mist-shaped shower poured out from the shower nozzle 10.

(Function) Hot water in the bathtub is sprayed from the cooling nozzle via the pump and the first hot water supply pipe, hits the body of the bather in the bathtub, and falls into the bathtub. Since the water in the bathtub is circulated, there is little decrease in the amount of hot water. For hot water, you can use a dew shower that is discharged from the shower nozzle via the heater and the second hot water pipe. (Example) An example of the present invention will be described below based on the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a system diagram according to the present invention.

The pump 4 sucks hot water from the pipe 2, pressurizes it with an impeller rotated by a motor, and discharges it from the discharge port 4a of the pump 4. A first hot water supply pipe 5 is connected to the discharge port 4a of the pump, and this first hot water supply pipe 5 passes along the outside side of the bathtub, and has valved branch ports 6a, 6b, and 6c branched along the way. It passes through the inside of a pipe-shaped shower post 7 that stands up on the upper edge 1b of the bathtub 1 and is connected to a cooling nozzle 8 provided at the top of the post.

This shower nozzle 10 is connected to an electric or gas heater 12 that takes in cold water from a water pipe 11 and heats it appropriately, and an outlet 12a of this heater, which passes through the inside of the post 7 and reaches the shower nozzle 10. It is equipped with a second hot water supply pipe 13. Note that 14 is a cold water pipe that bypasses the heater 12, and is connected to the mixing faucet 15 to lower the temperature of the hot water heated by the heater 12.

The operation of the bathroom shower system with the above configuration will be explained below. In FIG. 1, when the pump 4 is started by pressing the pump start switch 4b attached to the bathroom wall, the hot water in the bathtub 1 is
The water passes through the pipe 2 and the first hot water pipe 5 and is violently jetted from the hot water nozzle 8 at the top of the post toward the bathtub 1. While bathing in the bathtub 1, the bather can hit his shoulders, back, hands, and feet facing the thirst nozzle 8, thereby causing the hot water to impinge on his body and enjoying a so-called massage sensation that increases blood circulation.

The large amount of hot water used for making hot water is recycled, so there is very little loss of hot water. The drop in water temperature can be compensated for using a reheating section (not shown) attached to the bathtub 1. When a bather gets out of the bathtub 1, he or she only needs to cleanse his/her body with a mist shower discharged from the shower nozzle 10 via the second hot water supply pipe 13.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention circulates the cascading hot water, which uses a large amount of hot water, and uses a separate system from the up-stream hot water, so bathers do not have to worry about the amount of hot water in the bathtub decreasing. To freely use hot water and hot water, thereby not only providing satisfaction to the bather but also preventing loss of water and energy.
