〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は電子写真方式のプリンタに関する.〔従来の技
術〕
従来、この種の電子写真方式のプリンタにおける転写部
のガイドプレートは記録媒体に関係なく、感光体より一
定位置に固定されている.〔発明が解決しようとする課
題〕
上述した従来のガイドプレートは固定されているので、
記録蝶体がガイドプレート上を走行し、感光体に接触す
る際、記録媒体の剛性により接触圧が異なる.そのため
、剛性の小さい薄い記録媒体では充分な接触圧が得られ
ず、転写不良を起こす.また、剛性の高い厚い記録媒体
では記録媒体の先端が強い力で感光体に接触することと
なり、高い接触圧のために感光体表面が傷つき、感光体
の使用寿命が低下するという欠点がある.本発明の目的
は前記課題を解決した電子写真方式のプリンタを提供す
ることにある.
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
前記目的を達成するため、本発明は画像形成用感光体か
ら記録媒体に画像を転写する転写部を備えた電子写真方
式のプリンタにおいて、転写部に、記録媒体を感光体に
押し付けるガイドプレートを有し、さらに記録媒体の剛
性を測定するtl!l横と、該測定機楕からの出力信号
を受けて前記ガイドプレートの記録媒体に対する加圧力
を調整する撮構とを有するものである.
〔実施例〕

写器11によりトナーと逆極性に帯電され、感光体1」
−の現像が転写される.記録媒体13は搬送ベルl・1
2により運ばれ、ヒーターにより加熱されたヒートロー
ラとプレッシャーローラより構成される図示しない定着
器を通りトナーが定着され、定着後矢印15方向に搬送
されてスタック部にスタックされる.
一方、転写後の感光体1の表面には、未転写トナーが付
着しており、クリーナユニット7でがき落とし、回収タ
ンクに収納される.その後、イレーサランプ6により、
次の帯電のために感光体1の表面の残留電位が消去され
る.
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したよう本発明は記録蝶体の閘性に基いて記録
媒体の感光体に対する加圧力を調整するため、転写部で
