Abstract

PURPOSE:To make operations easier as well as shorten the period of construction by enabling one to take measures against rain water without caulking, etc., by a method in which the bents of roofing plates are orderly connected with the couplers of connectors with grooves. CONSTITUTION:A groove 17 for draining rain water is formed in the lower coupler 16 of a connector 4, and roofing plates 3 are fixed in a curved state between the connectors 4 attached with a given spacing to a base 6. In this case, the bents 10 of the first plates 3 are connected with the upper coupler 15 of the first connector 4 and the other bents 10 are connected with upper coupler 15 of the second connector 4. The second connector 4 is attached to the base 6 while flexing upwards the centers of the first roofing plates 3. By repeating such processes, the roofing plates 3 are orderly connected.

<Prior art> The conventional connecting structure and construction method of roofing plates includes a connecting member in which adjacent end portions of a plurality of roofing plates (made of polycarbonate resin or aluminum) are arranged at predetermined intervals. It was fixed to the upper surface of the steel material with screws, etc. In addition, to prevent rainwater, caulking material was applied to the edges of the plate material, and silicone rubber sheets were attached.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, with such a conventional structure in which roof plates are connected, it is difficult to perform roof construction because it takes time to fill in caulk and attach silicone rubber sheets to prevent rainwater. The overall construction period tended to be long. Further, after construction, the caulking material used to prevent rainwater shrinks and deteriorates over time, so there is the inconvenience of having to reapply the caulking material several years later.

However, since this type of roof structure is generally installed in station plazas or sidewalks where there is a lot of foot traffic, if the construction period is long, it may impede pedestrian traffic around the site. It will also happen. Furthermore, in some cases, a part of the roadway may have to be occupied for construction work, and in such a case, the operation of regular buses, taxis, and other vehicles may be hindered. Therefore, during construction, it is the responsibility of the constructor to take separate measures to ensure the safety of pedestrian traffic and vehicle operation as described above.
It was difficult to prepare equipment and people for this purpose.

In addition, a method for connecting roof plate materials according to another invention is a method of connecting a plurality of roof plate materials each having a bent portion at both end portions to a foundation material at predetermined intervals. A method of connecting roof plate materials fixed in a curved state between the members, wherein a first connecting member is attached to a foundation material, and the first roof plate material is attached to the upper engaging part of the first connecting member. , and the upper engaging portion of the second connecting member is engaged with the other bent portion of the first roof plate material, and the second connecting member is connected to the roof plate member. The central part of the plate material is bent upward while being attached to the base material, and the process is repeated after the second connecting material to sequentially connect a plurality of roofing plate materials using the connecting material.

Next, the shape of the connecting member 4 will be explained. Since the connecting member 4 has the same symmetrical cross-sectional shape in the longitudinal direction, the description will be centered on the cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 5. The connecting member 4 first has a web portion (lower joint portion) 16 provided with a pair of support portions 11 . A contact portion 12 is integrally formed at the upper end of the support portion 11 and contacts the vicinity of the end portion 9 of the plate body 8 in an inclined state (surface contact). In the roof body 5 formed in this way, since the roof plate material 3 uses the support portion 11 (contact portion 12) of the connecting member 4 as a fulcrum for deflection deformation, the restoring force of the deflection deformation is Since it acts on the engagement between the end 22 of the material 3 and the end engaging part 15 and the contact between the vicinity of the end 9 of the plate body 8 and the contact part 12, it can be used for roofing without fixing with screws etc. The plate material 3 does not shift or wobble relative to the connecting member 4. In this case, since the contact portion 12 is in surface contact with the roof plate material 3, even if a strong force is applied between the plate body 8 and the contact portion 12, the plate body 8 may be damaged. There is no risk of bending or bending. In addition, since bent portions 10 are formed on both sides of the roofing plate material 3, in the case of a small amount of rain, the ends of the roofing plate material 3 which take on a V shape with the bent portions 10 and the plate body 8. It is discharged through section 9 as a passage.

In addition, even in the case of a large amount of rain, since the rainwater part 23 covers the terminal 22, it is difficult for rainwater to enter through the gap between the terminal 22 and the terminal engaging part 15. Even if it were to enter, since a groove 17 is formed below, it will be discharged using this groove 17 as a passage. In addition, one end (lower end) of the abutment part 12 serves as a return part for the groove part 17 to prevent rainwater that has entered the groove part 17 from further leaking beyond the abutment part 12. There is. Since double and triple rainwater countermeasures are taken in this way, conventional caulking treatment is no longer necessary, making it possible to simplify the work and shorten the construction period. Furthermore, a roof body having a curved external appearance can be formed using the flat roof plate material 3 without using a plate material that has been previously formed into a curved shape, which is advantageous in terms of cost.
