バルブ15が組み込まれ、ボール状バルブ15の
胴体内部は空胴で水路となり、底部は円形孔16
をなし、弁座フランジ26の筒部26aに回動可
能に嵌合して加圧水の入口となり、側面に水の出
口となる窓孔17を有し、コツク本体3の放出口
6に重合して弁の開閉をなし、上部中心には垂直
中空ガイド22を穿設した芯棒19が立設され、
芯棒19はコツク本体上部のガイド孔14を挿通
して挿入されており、芯棒19とボール状バルブ
15は一体となつてコツク本体3のガイド孔14
及び弁座フランジ26の筒部26aを滑り面とし
て回動すること、更にボール状バルブ15の空胴
内には補助バルブ18が位置し、補助バルブ18
は芯棒19の垂直中空ガイド22に緩挿した支持
棒21により上下可動に保持され、自重で下降し
て弁座フランジ26の弁座13に冠着すること、
及びコツク本体3のガイド孔14を貫通したボー
ル状バルブ15の芯棒19に開閉ハンドル20が
固定され、所定範囲でボール状バルブ15の回動
操作を可能としたことを特徴とする消防用ポンプ
の放水コツク。
