枠３は堰壁１に対して長孔４の長さ範囲で屋内外
方向に位置調整可能である。６はアルミニウムあ
るいはその合金の押出型材等からなる笠木本体
で、屋外側がやや高くなるように緩傾斜した頂壁
部６ａとその両側端より垂下する両側裾壁部６
ｂ，６ｃとから縦断面略下向きコ字状に形成され
ている。この笠木本体６は、取付金枠３の上から
堰壁１の頂部に圧接して、両側裾壁部６ｂ，６ｃ
を取付金枠３の両側壁部３ｂ，３ｃの傾斜に沿つ
て弾力的に圧開させ、最終的に両側裾壁部６ｂ，
６ｃの先端近傍の内面側に突設したＬ字片６ｄ，
６ｄ上に取付金枠３の両側壁部３ｂ，３ｃの先端
を係嵌させることにより、取付金枠３に対して抜
出不能に固定され、またこの固定状態で頂壁部６
ａが取付金枠３の頂壁部３ａに重合して支承され
るようになされている。８は笠木本体６の屋外側
裾壁部６ｃの外面に取付けられたアルミニウムも
しくはその合金等からなる装飾用付属笠木で、略
水平状の突壁部８ａと、その屋外側端より垂下す
る前壁部８ｂと、前壁部８ｂの一部をなし、前面
に波形曲面と垂直および水平面の組合せにより全
体的に屋内側へ下降傾斜した装飾面を形成する装
飾形状部８ｃとから構成されている。しかしてこ
の装飾用付属笠木８は、突壁部７ａの屋内側端に
突設した鉤形片８ｄを笠木本体６の頂壁部６ａの
屋外側端近傍に設けた係止凸部６ｅに係止すると
共に、下面壁部８ｃの内面側に形成した鉤部８ｅ
を笠木本体６の屋外側裾壁部６ｃの下端に形成し
た鉤片部６ｆに係止し、更に突壁部８ａの内面側
に垂設した取付片８ｆを笠木本体６の屋外側裾壁
部６ｃに当接し且つビス９を介して螺着すること
により、笠木本体６に取付けてある。１０は笠木
本体６の屋内側裾壁部６ｂのＬ字片６ｄと鉤片部
６ｆとで構成される下向き開口した溝６ｇに嵌着
したアルミニウムもしくはその合金等の押出型材
からなる水密材保持具で、ゴム等の成形物からな
り堰壁１の屋内側面１ｂの防水シート２表面に弾
接する水密材１１を保持している。一方、装飾用
付属笠木８の前壁部８ｂの下端部には鉤部８ｅよ
り連続して屋内側へ突出する水密材保持片８ｇが
設けられ、この保持片８ｇにて堰壁１の屋外側面
１ｃに弾接する同様の水密材１１が保持されてい
る。更にまた上記付属笠木８の前壁部８ｂの下端
部に水切片で兼ねた装飾片８ｈが、屋内側へ傾斜
した縦断面略く字状の曲面状に一体形成され、装
飾外面８ｃの延長面を担うと共に、上記水密材１
１を包覆してこれが外部に露見しないようにして
