Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、筆記具の先軸とキヤツプを接続する
継手や、キヤツプの頂端に取付ける天冠等の、特
に圧入によつて他部品に接合する部品の改良に関
する。

従来、先軸やキヤツプに継手や天冠を接合する
方法として、螺着、接着及び圧入等の方法がある
が、螺着や接着は手間がかかるので、最も簡便な
圧入がよく利用されている。しかしながら、圧入
部における部品間のシメ代にバラツキがあると圧
入力が一定せず、圧入力が小さい場合は取付強度
が不足し、逆に圧入力が大き過ぎると被圧入部品
にフクレなどの変形が生じて外観が不良になる虞
がある。従つて、部品間に適切なシメ代を設ける
ために寸法精度を高めなければならぬ面倒があつ
た。

形成して、圧入部位を半径方向の中心へ向かつて
圧縮できるようにしたものが公知となつている
が、圧入部位の先端が切割りによつて分割される
ことになるので、切割りで挾まれた部位どうしの
支えがなくなつて、圧縮に対する弾性反発力が弱
くなり、被圧入部品への圧着力即ち取付強度が小
さいという欠点があつた。

が生じて外観不良となる虞もなく、且つ被圧入部
品に対する圧着力即ち取付強度が十分に大きい筆
記具における圧入接合部品の提供を目的とする。

おける圧入接合部品は、圧入部位の内面部に中グ
リ部を形成して該圧入部位の肉厚をキヤツプ等の
被圧入部品の肉厚より薄くしてなるものである。

をキヤツプ2に対する圧入部位6となし、該圧入
部位6の内面部に中グリ部7を形成して圧入部位
6の肉厚をキヤツプ2の肉厚よりも薄くして、更
に圧入部位6の前端外面部に逃げとして周溝8を
設けると共に圧入部位6の後端外面部に同じく逃
げとしてテーパ状切欠部9を設けている。この継
手3の圧入部位6をキヤツプ2の内面部に圧入す
る場合、圧入部位6のシメ代が多少大きくても、
圧入部位6に設けた中グリ部7によつて圧入部位
6が半径方向の中心へ向かつて弾性変形(但しシ
メ代が大きすぎる分多少塑性変形する)して圧縮
されるので容易に圧入が行われ、その圧縮に対す
る弾性反発力により圧入部位6がキヤツプ2の内
面に強く圧着し、しかも圧入部位6の肉厚がキヤ
ツプ2の肉厚よりも薄いので圧入部位6の圧縮が
大きく逆にキヤツプ2の膨張が小さくなつてキヤ
ツプ2の外面にフクレなどの変形が発生せず外観
不良をまねくことがない。

圧入部位が被圧入部品の内面部に強く圧着して大
きな取付強度を得ることができるので脱落等の事
故を防止し、さらに圧入部位が半径方向の中心へ
向かつて大きく圧縮し逆に被圧入部品のフクレを
抑えるので外観不良の発生を防止する等の効果を
奏する。尚、実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載
の如く構成すれば、より圧入が容易化し、圧入部
位がより圧縮しやすくなる利点がある。
