Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザと、１個あるいは複数個のレンズ
および光フアイバがそれぞれ所定の位置関係でホ
ルダ内に収納配置された半導体レーザモジユール
において、前記レンズと光フアイバとの間の空間
部分、あるいは前記複数のレンズ間の空間部分に
所定の光減衰量を有する、少なくとも１個の光減
衰板を配設したことを特徴とする半導体レーザモ
ジユール。
