Conventionally, it consists of a base that can be fixed to a fixed object, and a tilting frame that is tiltably attached to the base and to which a parabolic antenna can be attached. It is composed of a pair of two supporting frames that are set opposite to each other, and one end of each of the supporting frames is provided with a shaft hole as a pivot, while the tilting frame is a pair of two supporting frames. Each of the tilting frames is attached to each other so as to be movable along the frame, and one end of each of the tilting frames is pivotally connected to the shaft hole of each of the support frames,
The other end is provided with the parabolic antenna mounting piece, and the tilting frame and the base body are connected by an adjustment mechanism including a screw rod, so that the tilting frame is tilted with respect to the base body by turning the screw rod. A parabolic antenna support is known (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 127405/1983). However, while fine adjustment is convenient with the above configuration, coarse adjustment is time consuming and inconvenient, and there is a problem that site workers dislike it. In addition, there is a problem that the adjustment machine including the screw rod is complicated and expensive, and it has been desired to solve both of these problems.

Next, the support 2 will be explained in detail. First, in the base body 9, 10 is a base frame, and 11 is a fixing tube, which is fixed to the lower surface of the base frame 10 by welding means. Reference numeral 12 denotes a reinforcing piece attached between the base frame 10 and the fastening tube 11, and is fixed to the base frame 10 and the fastening tube 11 by welding means. The fixing tube 11 is attached to the upper end of the support column 1 in a manner to cover it, and is screwed into the support column 1 by a fixing bolt 13 as is well known.
Fixed. 15, 15 is a support frame, and the base frame 10
It is formed in a bent shape from both the left and right sides. In this support frame 15, 16 is a shaft hole, and 17 is a setting angle display scale, which is configured as a large number of angle display scales centered on the center point of the shaft hole 16. Next, reference numerals 20 and 20 indicate tilting frames, which are placed along the inside of the support frame 15 in the base body 9. In this tilting frame 20, reference numeral 21 indicates a fixing hole, and 22 indicates an angle adjustment hole, which are arranged in a circular arc centered on the center point of the shaft hole 16. Both the fixing hole 21 and the angle adjustment hole 22 are internally threaded. Further, the holes 21 and 22 are internally threaded by burring tap means in order to enlarge the effective threaded portion. Incidentally, if the plate thickness of the tilting frame 20 is sufficiently thick, the holes 21 and 22 may be simply bored with a drill and female threads may be formed therein. The relationship between the pitch of the angle adjustment holes 22 and the length of the elongated hole 18 is such that at least two adjustment holes 22 are located in the elongated hole 18 in an overlapping manner. Reference numeral 24 denotes a mounting piece which is bent at the tip of the tilting frame 20. This mounting piece 2

Next, the procedure for using the above configuration will be explained. When attaching the antenna 3 to the support column 1, first the retaining tube 11 of the support 2 is fitted onto the support column 1, and the bolts 13 are temporarily tightened. After that, the connecting tool 7 is connected to the mounting piece 24 on the tilting frame 20. Next, as is well known, the azimuth angle of the antenna 3 is adjusted. This adjustment is performed by rotating the attachment tube 11 in a horizontal plane with respect to the support column 1 with the bolt 13 loosened so that the antenna 3 faces a predetermined azimuth. Then, in this state, the fixing bolt 13 is tightened. Next, the elevation angle of the antenna 3 is adjusted. The adjustment is performed as follows.

(1) Rough adjustment First, loosen the tightening screw 33 slightly. Next, the fixture 23 is loosened and removed from the angle adjustment hole 22 and the elongated hole 18. By grasping and moving the reflector 4 in this state, the parabolic antenna 3 is tilted about the shaft hole 16, so that the antenna 3 is at approximately a predetermined elevation angle. In this case, the tightening screw 33
When the support frame 15 is only slightly loosened, the support frame 15 is still sandwiched between the clamping part 29 of the pivot body 28 and the tilting frame 20, so the friction at the clamping part 29 is reduced. The tilting frame 20 relative to the support frame 15 is caused by the friction between the surface 30 and the peripheral edge of the shaft hole 16 on the outer surface of the support frame 15 and the friction between the inner surface of the support frame 15 and the outer surface of the tilting frame 20. The state is such that the sudden tilting of the plane is prevented. Therefore, even if the user takes his hand off the reflector 4, the antenna 3 is prevented from falling downward with a jerk and damaging the reflector 4, feed horn 5, etc. When the antenna 3 is operated by hand as described above and its elevation angle reaches approximately the desired value, the fixing tool 23 that has been pulled out is again inserted into the elongated hole 18 through the elongated hole 18. screw into the angle adjustment hole 22.

(2) Fine adjustment Next, in the above state, tilt the antenna 3 slightly about the shaft hole 16, that is, move the fixture 23 within the range of the elongated hole 18 by moving the antenna 3 by hand. , so that the antenna 3 has a predetermined elevation angle. When the elevation angle reaches a predetermined angle, tighten the fixture 23 and tighten the tightening screw 3.
Tighten 3 as well. As a result, the tilting frame 20 is moved to the support frame 1.
It will be firmly fixed at 5.

Furthermore, when adjusting the elevation angle, it is possible to rotate the tilting frame 20 widely relative to the base body 9 by removing just one bolt 23, allowing for quick coarse elevation adjustment by holding the antenna with both hands. It has the advantage that it can be used to

Moreover, after rough adjustment, fine adjustment of the antenna can be performed within the short hole size of the long hole 18 by screwing the bolt 23 into the adjustment hole 22 that appears inside the long hole 18 and tightening it slightly. There are also advantages.

When making such fine adjustments, you may be distracted by the movement of the needle of a level meter (not shown) and lose the grip on the tilting frame 20, but since the inner dimensions of the elongated hole 18 are extremely short, This has the advantage that the range of malfunction is narrow, and accidents in which the antenna tilts significantly are prevented. Of course, when you want to make a large tilt of the antenna (during coarse adjustment), there is no need to worry about the meters, so there is no need to worry even if the bolt 23 is not included. Also, of course, even if the inner dimensions of the elongated hole 18 are short,
Since the two adjustment holes 22 are sized so as to appear inside the holes, there is no difficulty in the above-mentioned fine adjustment in the entire area where a large number of adjustment holes are arranged.

In this way, the present invention has a much simpler structure than the conventional parabolic antenna support which has a complicated structure (the supporting frame 15 has a small elongated hole 18, and the tilting frame 2 has a small elongated hole 18).
0 has a simple configuration of adjustment hole 22),
It has the advantage of being able to be provided at low cost. Moreover, even with such a simple configuration, the needs of the adjustment worker can be satisfied. In other words, it has sufficient functionality to accommodate the actual situations of each adjustment, such as coarse adjustment that can be made quickly over a wide range and fine adjustment that can be made safely anywhere within the entire range, making it extremely useful industrially. It can be said to be expensive.
