ホルドに固定される前側のケース本体とその後側
の蓋体とに分離構成されるものにおいて、該ケー
ス本体と該蓋体とを連結する下側のヒンジを設け
ると共に、該ヒンジを構成する該ケース本体に固
定のヒンジ部材と該蓋体に固定のヒンジ部材とを
上下方向に分離自在とし、且つエアクリーナケー
ス内を該ケース本体側と該蓋体側との前後２室に
仕切る偏平盤状のエレメントを設けて、該エレメ
ントをその外周に形成したフランジにおいて該ケ
ース本体と該蓋体との互に対向する開口縁部間に
略垂直姿勢で挾持させるようにしたことを特徴と

ジ７ａにおいてケース本体３と蓋体４との互に対
向する開口縁部間に挾持するようにし、該ケース
本体３と該蓋体４とをその下側を除く外周の複数
箇所においてバツクルその他の係止具８により結

ヒンジ１１を構成するケース本体３に固定のヒン
ジ部材１２と蓋体４に固定のヒンジ部材１３とを
上下方向に分離自在とすることにより、ケース本
体３内や蓋体４の清掃等が必要な場合にはこれを
上方に持上げて両ヒンジ部材１２，１３間の係合
を解いて蓋体４を取外すことができ、清掃等の作
業も容易に行い得られる。尚、ヒンジ１０を上記
実施例の如く透孔１２ａとこれに遊嵌する突起１
３ａとで構成した場合には構造が簡単で比較的安

上でき、且つケース本体側や蓋体側にエレメント
を係止保持する場合のようにケース本体や蓋体内
に手を差し込んでエレメントを取出す必要がな
く、且つエレメントを偏平盤状として略垂直姿勢
に設けるため、蓋体とケース本体の上端の開口縁
部間にエレメントの厚み分の〓間を明けるだけで
この〓間を通してエレメントを上方から着脱で
き、蓋体を背方に大きく開かずに済み、蓋体とエ
ンジンルームの後壁面との間隔を広く確保する必
要がなくスペース効率も向上し、又ヒンジを構成
するケース本体に固定のヒンジ部材と蓋体に固定
のヒンジ部材とを上下方向に分離自在とするた
め、蓋体の取外しが必要な場合には両ヒンジ部材
の係合を解いてこれを比較的簡単に取外すことが
でき蓋体の清掃等の作業性も損わない効果を有す
