材質や熱処理硬度を所望に応じて自由に選択でき、使い
勝手を向上し得る。また、ワイヤカッタ等の切断装置に
より切断して突出部材を形成することにより、突出部材
の仕上げ寸法精度が高く、従来の板状体からなる突出部
材に比し、中板の除去部位への突出部材の嵌装作業を容
易に行い得て、実用上有利である。

交する2本のスリットを穿設し、前記他の金属基板の2
本のスリットによって切断された中板を除去し、切断装
置により所望形状に切断して突出部材を形成し、前記除
去部位に突出部材を嵌装して雄金型とし、前記雌雄金型
によってビードを形成することを特徴とする金属ガスケ
