手段を取付け可能な貫通孔を形成するとともに、
前記ラツチ板が回動した時に該ラツチ板により押
圧されて掛金装置本体部前面側に移動するロツク
部材を掛金装置本体部内に設け、該ロツク部材の
前端部を前記把手部の貫通孔内に出没可能に形成
