proposed a mounting structure for the separator plate of the separator plate type tecantor. Figure 3 shows a standard conventional separable plate type Tecanter with all the wood assembled. To explain the general structure of the separator plate type tecanter based on this figure, 1 is a rotating bowl driven by an electric motor, which rotates at around 50,001" pm. 2 is a screw shaft, which is rotated by a reducer 9. The screw conveyor 3 is wound around the concentrating section of the screw shaft 2, and the separating section is rotated in the same direction with a slight difference in speed. A large number of separating plates 4' are installed in a radial manner so as to be tilted at an angle of θ.A screw conveyor 5 for conveying the settled solids is also wound around the outer periphery of the separating plates at 4°.The above structure In the separating plate decanter, the raw solution to be processed is supplied near the boundary between the concentrating section and the separating section through the liquid supply pipe 6, and the solid content moves toward the outer diameter side by centrifugal force, and is concentrated and transferred by the screw conveyor 3. On the other hand, the liquid containing fine particles that are difficult to separate is moved axially between the rotating separation plates and is subjected to the action of centrifugal force as shown in Figure 4. As shown in the figure, the solid particles move in the radial direction on the separator plate, are transferred to the concentration section side by the screw conveyor 5 on the outer periphery, and are discharged from the machine through the solid discharge lower in the same manner as described above. The liquid is discharged from the separated liquid outlet 8 to the outside of the machine.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-described separating plate type tecanter, the length of the separating plates is determined by the processing amount of the stock solution, the solid content and sedimentation property of the stock solution, the required separation efficiency, etc. The overall optimum length is selected from the above, but generally it is quite long. On the other hand, there are the following problems from the point of view of installing the separation plate.

In other words, the separation plates are made of metal plates such as stainless steel, and are attached to the shaft members by welding or insertion, and the attachment parts of each separation plate are loaded with tens of kg due to centrifugal force due to high-speed rotation during operation.
Since it can bear a load of over 100 kg, it requires considerable strength. Therefore, the shorter the length of the separation plate, the more the load applied to the receiving portion will be proportionally reduced, which has the advantage of simplifying the structural strength. There is also the following problem in terms of cleaning the separation plate. That is, depending on the raw solution to be treated, the sludge to be separated is sticky and may adhere to the separation plates and in some cases become clogged between the separation plates, requiring disassembly and cleaning. In this case as well, it is preferable to choose the shorter length in the axial direction, considering the effectiveness of the cleaning brush in the axial direction. However, as mentioned above, the axial length of the separation plate cannot be easily shortened because it is closely related to the throughput of the stock solution, the sedimentation properties and content of solids in the stock solution, the required separation efficiency, etc. . The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a separating plate that satisfies the requirements for a separating plate of a separating plate type decanter.

Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention is to provide a rotating bowl, a screw shaft that rotates at a slightly different speed from the rotating bowl, a concentrating section screw conveyor wound around the screw shaft,
In the separating plate type decanter, which is composed of a plurality of separating plates installed longitudinally on the screw shaft in the axial direction, the separating plate modules are divided into units by dividing the separating plates in the axial direction, and the required throughput or separation efficiency is This separator plate decanter is characterized in that an appropriate number of separator plates are mounted on a screw shaft according to the operation of the separator plate. Furthermore, the separator plate decanter is characterized in that the number of separator plates of each separator module to be installed is changed along the axial direction. In other words, by modularizing the separation plates into short and small unit lengths, problems with the strength of the separation plate attachment part and problems with disassembly and cleaning of the separation plates can be solved, and at the same time, a separation plate type decanter that can be manufactured at low cost is provided. It is something.

Firstly, in a separator plate decanter with the same rotating bowl diameter, bowl rotation speed, etc., the amount of stock solution that can be processed with the same separation efficiency is proportional to the area of the separator plate, which is the sedimentation area. Second, in the same separating plate decanter as described above, if the amount of stock solution to be treated is the same, the solid content separation efficiency is proportional to the area of the separating plate of the decanter.

The present invention has been made based on the above facts,
To provide a separator plate type tecanter that can correspond to the required raw solution throughput or separation efficiency by simply adjusting the number of separator module modules installed using rotating bowls of the same size and structure. It is. Furthermore, if the solid content in the raw solution to be treated is high, the number of separator plates in the module should be reduced to widen the gap between the plates in areas near the outlet of the liquid supply pipe where the solid content concentration is high. The problem of clogging due to sludge is solved by increasing the number of separation plates as the solid content concentration decreases as the liquid flows.

6 is a supply pipe for the stock solution. The function of the separating plate decanter having the following two compositions will be explained. The stock solution supplied near the boundary between the separation section and the concentration section through the liquid supply pipe 6 is subjected to the action of centrifugal force, and the solid content in the stock solution moves outward in the radial direction, and is concentrated and transferred by the screw conveyor 3 to form solids. It is discharged outside the machine from the discharge lower. On the other hand, the processing liquid containing fine particles that are difficult to separate is separated by the rotating separation plate Modicoll 4, 4.
The solid particles move axially between the separation plates and are subjected to the action of centrifugal force. The solid particles move radially outward on the separation plates and are transferred to the concentrating section side by the slurry 1 conveyor 5 on the outer periphery. The solids are discharged from the machine through the solids discharge lower. The cleaned liquid is discharged from the separated liquid outlet 8 to the outside of the machine. The number of separator modules installed is -1, -4, 4. If the residual solid content in the N liquid becomes high and it is no longer necessary to increase the required separation efficiency, the number of separator modules installed is If the amount of raw liquid to be processed by the production planning department increases, it is better to increase the number of separator modules installed in proportion. Furthermore, if the solid content concentration in the stock solution increases and there is a risk of clogging between the separation plates, it is sufficient to install a module with fewer separation plates near the liquid supply pipe outlet hole. .
