この考案は竪樋の取付構造、特に施工後屋外側
の表面に取付金具が表出しない角型竪樋の取付構

従来、この種の竪樋の取付構造としては、釘杆

竪樋が固定されていたため、竪樋の屋外側の表面
に竪樋抱持具が表出し、美観性を著しく低下させ
るばかりでなく、施工に際して針金による係止作
業を必要とする等作業性も煩雑なものとなつてい
た。

が屋外側に位置するように建屋の外壁面に固定
し、角型竪樋の建屋側壁面に形成された係止溝に
係止突片を係止して竪樋を建屋の外壁面に取付け
てなる竪樋の取付構造において、取付金具がステ
ンレス帯金の如き比較的薄肉にしてバネ性を有す
る帯金からなつて、その係止突片が取付金具の両
先端部を外側に向けて直角方向に曲折された偏平
状薄肉片からなり、角型竪樋の係止溝が壁面の幅
方向に対する中央部分の凹設により形成された長
手方向に沿う比較的浅い窪みの開口部分の両側部
に内方に向かう突片を上記建屋側壁面と略面一に
なるように突設して上記係止突片が嵌入し得る程
度の比較的狭いスリツト状の溝からなることを特
徴とする竪樋の取付構造である。

成された係止溝であつて、後述する係止突片が嵌
入係止し得る程度の比較的狭いスリツト状の溝か
らなるものであり、Bは角型竪樋Aの固定の用に
供される取付金具であり、4は取付金具Bの竪樋
固定具であて、ステンレス帯金の如き比較的薄肉
にしてバネ性を有する帯金を突片2間の距離より
広幅なU字状に曲成するとともにその両端部を外
側に向けて直角方向に曲折して係止溝3に係止す
べき外開きの偏平状薄肉片からなる係止突片5を
形成してなるものであり、上記角型竪樋Aおよび
取付金具Bは建屋の外壁面Cに釘杆の打込みによ
り固定された該取付金具Bの係止突片5に竪樋固
定具4の弾発力を利用して角型竪樋Aの係止溝3
を嵌装することにより固定されているものであ
る。

具の弾発力を利用した内側への押圧および解放に
より取付金具に固定され、しかも角型竪樋が上記
竪樋固定具の弾発力にて保持され、これが比較的
狭いスリツト状の溝からなる係止溝に偏平状薄肉
片からなる係止突片を角型竪樋の幅方向に対する
中央部において係止されているために指先による
押圧および解放による取付けが可能にして且つ該
角型竪樋の上下動による位置調整が簡単におこな
える等取付作業が著しく向上せしめられるばかり
でなく取付後における揺動もなく、更には突片が
建屋側壁面と略面一になるように突設されている
ために角型竪樋の梱包性や搬送性の低下を来たさ
ない等の特徴をも合せ具有するものである。

に内方に向かう突片を上記建屋側壁面と略面一に
なるように突設して上記係止突片が嵌入し得る程
度の比較的狭いスリツト状の溝からなることを特
