Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration of a motor itself by forming a part constituting a motor yoke from a damping steel plate. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 2 of a motor 1 is composed of a rotating shaft 3 and a core 4 and coil 5, and said coil 5 is wound around said core 4. The case 10 of said motor 1 has the function of a yoke and is formed from a damping steel plate. Said damping steel plate has a sandwich structure, in which a resin layer 13 being an adhesive is formed from a viscoelastic material between two steel plates 11, 12. Also, the effect of damping the vibration of a motor 1 by the shearing phenomenon and sticking phenomenon of the internal resin layer 13 is given to said damping steel plate. Thus, it is possible to reduce the vibration of said motor, to improve properties of the motor itself and to lengthen the life thereof, because the vibration of said motor is absorbed by a yoke part formed from the damping steel plate.

Conventionally, vibrations occur in motors due to rotor imbalance, torque unevenness, coking, etc., and it is technically a very difficult problem to completely suppress this vibration. Since motor cases are generally made of steel plates, they cannot absorb vibrations, and attempts have been made to suppress vibrations by attaching anti-vibration rubber or anti-vibration tape, but this has not been effective. . On the other hand, in products that use a motor, rubber is used in the part that holds the motor to prevent the vibrations of the motor from being transmitted to the product, but this is not effective because it does not suppress the vibration of the motor itself. I was full of stuff.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An explanation will be given below based on drawings shown as embodiments of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention of a motor, in which the yoke portion is formed by the case of the motor. The rotor 2, which is the rotor of the motor 1, has a rotating shaft 3 and an iron core 4.
and a coil 5, and the coil 5 is wound around the iron core 4. A case 10 of the motor 1 has a function as a yoke, and is made of a damping steel plate. As shown in Fig. 2, the vibration-damping steel plate has a sand-twitch structure in which a resin layer 13 is formed between two steel plates 11 and 12 using a viscoelastic material as an adhesive, and the vibration of the motor l is absorbed by the inside. The vibration damping effect is provided by the shearing phenomenon and adhesion phenomenon of the resin layer 13. In the figure, 6 is a magnet, 7 is a commutator, 8 is a brush, 9 is a brush terminal, 20 is a bearing stand, and 21.22 is a bearing. FIG. 3 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in FIG. 4, the inner steel plate 12a of the case 10 of the motor 1 is made thicker than the outer steel plate 11a. Since the case 10 also serves as a yoke, the steel plate 11a on the outside of the case 10 does not come into contact with the magnet 6, and since the resin layer 13 is formed inside, a gap is created in the magnetic circuit, increasing magnetic resistance. However, the second
As in the embodiment, by making the inner steel plate 12a thick, the magnetic flux density can be prevented from being saturated and the magnetic resistance can be effectively reduced. Furthermore, the magnetic resistance may be reduced by putting magnetic powder such as iron powder into the viscoelastic material that is the resin layer 13 of the damping steel plate. FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the brush 8 of the motor 1
The side bearing stand portion is integrally formed with the case 10, and the brush terminal 9 is connected to the inner steel plate 12, and the other brush terminal 9a is connected to the outer steel plate 11. Then, the lead wire 9b is connected to each brush terminal 9.9a.
is connected to. In the figure, 22 is a bearing stand. In this third embodiment, when a current is supplied to the motor, a voltage is applied to the steel plate itself, and the steel plate 12
The resin layer 13 of the viscoelastic material sandwiched between the electrodes becomes an insulating layer and a dielectric, forming a capacitor between the electrodes, which prevents sparks from occurring in the motor and reduces radio interference. At the same time, the life of the motor itself can be extended. In the case of this third embodiment, a part of the steel plates 11 and 12 of the case 10 is connected to the brush terminal without connecting the lead wire to the brush terminal. They may be connected to each other, and the steel plate itself may be used as a conductive circuit. Fig. 6.7 shows the 4.5 embodiment of the present invention,
This is an embodiment in which the end of the case 10 is formed as an electrical input terminal, and it is possible to electrically connect to the motor with a simple structure without providing a separate terminal. As in the third embodiment, one brush terminal 9 is connected to the inner steel plate I2, and the other brush terminal 9a is connected to the outer steel plate 11. In the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 6(a), a steel plate is made to protrude from the end of the case 10 to form a projecting piece 30.
is the electrical terminal part. The protruding piece 30 is a connector 41 of a power supply section 40 formed inside a product body using a motor as shown in FIG. 6(G).
It is a device that can be plugged into a motor, and can supply power to the motor just by being plugged in. There is no need for wiring, and it is a hassle-free device. Similarly, in the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 7(a), the bearing stand 23
A notch 31 is formed by cutting out a part of the plate, so that the connector 41 of the power supply unit 40 as shown in FIG. 7(b) can come into contact with the two steel plates. In this case, since there is no protruding part as in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the case 10 does not need to be formed in a complicated manner and can be manufactured easily.
